STEEMIT ENGAGEMENT CHALLENGE 4 || STEEM GROWTH CONTEST || HOW MANY HOURS I SPENT ON STEEMIT IN LAST WEEK || club5050 || @ wajihasheikh
Heyy everyone.. I have been so busy this week so far due to my university . It has become so hectic since my clinical year has started we have to do OPDs and wards which are really tiring and due to this i was not feeling so well . This is the reason I was neglecting steemit . I am so sad that i couldn't post since start of this week and didn't take part in contests. But today i finally made myself to give steemit its special time as i used to do.
This community has always arranged interesting contests and same is this weeks.Finally here is my post for this week's contest.
I joined steemit in October 2021 . When I started writing here i was aware that i have to give ot special time to be known here and to prosper here. In start it was not much difficult as i was enjoying writing it . I have never written diaries and got an opportunity here on steemit to do so.
It is so interesting to write here that it became my hobby . As in start there was no earning for days so i kept it as my hobby but as i got my first upvote from steemcurator1 i was so motivated that i started giving steemit special time. I improved my diaries , my photography etc. It took time to learn everything here and still i am learning and improving my posts.
Before the engagement challenges i hardly got comments on my posts . And i myself used to do very less comments as i was not much aware . But then with time i got to know the importance of these comments and upvotes as when you engage on other people's posts then only people come to your posts.
These engagement challenges made me a daily user of steemit before it I used to post on either weekly basis or in 3 4 days and tha day i used to post , i commented as well. But now on daily basis i take time out to read the posts of other people and comment as well.

ADVANTAGES OF ENGAGEMENT CHALLENGE
• it has made us write more quality posts other then diary games.
• people engage on each other's posts and help each other out.
• we got to know about different people , culture , opinions , hardworks of people and alot more.
• spend more time on steemit then usual.
IMPROVEMENTS .
• every week different people form different countries should get selected in all communities
• everyone should get votes on their posts as they work hard towards it.
• people who are unable to participate in all contests should not be neglected and should be considered for winners of week atleast.
• the rule of uploading selfies in end of posts should not be there it should be a choice.

Good point, this should b something that should be embraced by the people behind the contest, it's important as well, there have been fewer active posts on other communities over the past few weeks.

Steem is playing an an important role in our lives. Now this is the only social platform Which I use very fondly. The rest of the social media is no longer that hobby.
