Directions

Borth / Stock :

Add all ingredients related to broth material to make broth. Then mix salt for taste and cook all ingredient for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes cook turn off the stove and stain the broth and when you stained the broth then separate spices from chicken . Chicken will be used but discord the spices.

Pulao:

put the pan on the stove and put oil and onion to cook . When o onion color become change into light brown then add ginger paste , garlic paste and whole spices powder mix well. Now add chicken and cook for 10 minutes. Then you should add tomatoes and yogurt. Cook until oil will be seen. After that put the Broth in the pot. When it boils . Then add rice. Cook rice high flame but when water will remained very low then cook in low flame until 15 minutes. Then enjoy chicken Yakhni Pulao.

I liked the food and presentation of the restaurant. The food was too much delicious. According to business point of its too much good business.
