Use of technology in promoting business || by rad-austine

Hello fellow steemians, greetings to you all, happy new month to you all, an welcome you all, to the month of June, i am so glad to be here today to participate in this wonderful contest.

Which istitled: use of technology in promoting business it's an interesting topic, because most commercial and traditional retailing business of this 21st century, depends on technology.

Technology has improved a lot of businesses, it's has also facilitate the growing of most businesses enterprise.

The topic of the given questions in the contest is well explained base on my own understanding, also it's well elaborated with a lot of illustrate for better and easy understanding.

Generator is a technological device, that is use generate electric current, in most rural areas in my country, that do not have the commercial electric supply called Nigeria electric power authority, (NEPA) depends on generator to keep their business going.

An most businesses are electric dependant, businesses such as laundry business, Hair barbing saloon, selling of drinks, ice fish small retailing shops etc, need electric power supply to keep their business moving.

Most boutique in my city, what they normally do when a customer comes to buy their products, either the sale boy or girl will run an put on the generator to entice their customers to buy their goods an even pay more money for the commodities, they called it business packaging.

9ice x collection is a good example of a boutique business that makes use of generator, to promote their business products, 9ice x collection is located along Enugu-Ogoja raod, it's opposite Abakaliki township stadium.

Generator has improve a lot of businesses even Petro stations need electric power supply, so generator is a good technology that is also use in business promotion, because many businesses are electric dependant.

Generator, has play a major role in modern days business, most retailing shops whole sale shop or even commercial market, industries and companies depends on modern day generator to improve the business.

From the image above you can see a generator out side the boutique shop, it's use for business promotion, any time 9ice collection have customers their sales boy or girl usually put on the generator to impress their customers, keep them comfortable at the end the customers buy their products, it's the strategy they use to get more customers, in which they called business packaging.

Refrigerator

Refrigerator is an electronic device that is use to preserve foods, drinks etc from spoiling, it's prevent most food items from getting spoil and most business will not be successful without the aid of refrigerator.

A good business that depends on the technology device called refrigerator are as follows:
Ice fish or fresh fish business, need refrigerator to improve the growth of the business,

Mrs Rosemary Jacob that sell ice fish, along Akpofia streetmfa street, any time there is no light she stopped selling her ice fish, reason been that the ice fish will get decay and be smelling.

Even Mrs Deborah Okon that sell sachet water and soft drinks any time her refrigerator is faulty her sachet water and soft drinks business don't move, she hardly make a sell, because customers like cold drinks.

From the image above you can see soft drinks, with sachet water in the deep freezer (refrigerator) it's used for business promotion because without the refrigerator drinks business in my area will not move because people love drinking sachet water or any form of drinks when it's is chill or cold also drink taste nice when it's cold.

Loud speaker

Loud speaker is an electrical device that convert electric audio in to sound to make it very loud to human hearing, is a very good device use for business promotion especially to pass a message such as advertisement of products, i went on a visit to most traditional retail shop and commercial market in my city.

I found out that, Loud speak and radio are the major medium use for advertising a commodities especially in a commercial markets , all they do is to be playing the musical audio cassette about their business, advertising it through music, it's a very good form of promoting a business,

Some business men even carry the speaker with a microphone and be singing praises about their business
A typical African motor park that is a traveling park where passengers and goods are been convey normally have a loud speaker to promote their services informing passengers about the available transportation motor car ,

So to the best of my knowledge loud speaker as improve so many businesses, it's a very good form of sound technology use for business promotion.

The image above show loud speaker it's used for business promotion, for advertisement of products, they will play an audio cassette on the radio an it will be playing very loud on the speaker for the public to hear about they business, loud speaker is also use in 9ice x collection, the boutique shop that is located along Enugu-Ogoja road, it's situated very close to Abakaliki township stadium.

Video marketing

Video marketing it's simply the process by which an entrepreneur, promote his or her business, through the medium of television show, it could be in the form of serminal, lecture to a group of targeted audiences.

Also video marketing is a unique form of promoting a business,
Most television broadcasting station in my country have use the television media to improve a lot of businesses.

I could remembered a video marketing serminal i attended last month, it's was organized by Mr Simon Akwaji at Akanu ibiam international conference center, he played a video about his business, an all the audience, where watching,

He also gave the video cassette to a television broadcasting station, that usually, play the video for the entire population to know about his business and the product he sell.

Video marketing has been a wonderful form of technology for promotion of business, that is the reason people pay huge amount of money for the television broadcasting station to help and advertise their business, Nigeria broadcasting authority (NTA) is a good example of a television station that promote the citizens business in my country.
