And it is a custom for us Acehnese people that if someone is pregnant for 7 months, there will be a "Peusijuk" event.Like today, it seems like I'm planning to go to attend my cousin's wife's 7th month thanksgiving event, indeed we have been planning this plan since yesterday.Mother was seen in the kitchen very busy helping "Grandma" with preparations for the event.
Early in the morning my mother was seen very busy in the kitchen starting from preparing sweet rujak water, also "Bu payeuh", and also rice tape. That's the food we have to bring to attend the event which will take place later at 12.00 noon, After making breakfast for Alicia and my husband, before the event started, I continued my activities as usual, namely taking care of little Alisha.
Asha after breakfast and shower
After breakfast, Asha took a shower. After showering, she played for a while before finally sleeping in a swing. When she slept, I immediately went to the bathroom to wash the many dirty clothes. After I washed my clothes, I immediately dried them, I also took a shower. Asha woke up while I was showering, thank God Sis Via was there to look after her
Time passed very quickly without realizing it was already 11.30, I immediately got ready to put on clothes and make up, and also put clothes on for Alisa. At 12.00 we left using a white Avanza car. We went to my cousin's wife's house in Keude Plik, Idi Rayeuk.
Already headed to the event house
The weather on the road was very hot, Ashaa cried before she finally fell silent after I persuaded her. I sat in the back seat, with a very small air conditioner so it felt like I was trapped in the heat. My clothes were full of sweat, Asha's clothes were the same. Finally we arrived at the house we were going to
We were welcomed with very delicious food
Don't get there, we were immediately invited to have lunch, there were lots of meals served in front of us, but because of the very hot conditions, Asha cried, causing me to have to leave. To calm Asha down, I took turns eating with Sis Syi, Finally I ate after Sis Syi ate,
"Peusijuk"
After the meal was finished, we continued with the "Peusijuk" program where we prayed for this pregnant woman to have a smooth and healthy life.Continue praying together for the safety of this young mother-to-be
Food dishes for men
After that, we continued greeting, not long after we went home, because the event was over.
When I got home at 15:07 o'clock I immediately prayed the midday prayer, after I prayed the midday prayer I rested, Alisa looked very tired, she immediately fell asleep when she got home. I fell asleep too.
When I woke up it was already 17.42, I immediately went to the bathroom to clean myself and then prayed the afternoon prayer.
Alisa was still sleeping, I used this opportunity to immediately pick up the dry clothesline, I also tidied the bedroom, When the evening call to prayer was about to sound, Alyssa woke up, I immediately fed her and then bathed her, after putting on a diaper for her, I immediately prayed the evening prayer.
After finishing evening prayers, I rushed to the kitchen carrying Alicia. I ate in the kitchen, while Alisa played in her stroller.I tried to invite Alisa to play while my mother was making cakes for delivery,
kue bu bajeuk
a typical Acehnese cake "Bu bajeuk"This typical Acehnese cake made from sticky rice flour is usually available at weddings, Because there will be a wedding event, our relatives will take the bride to the groom's house, so this cake is a gift for the celebration.
I watched my mother and sister make this cake until it was finished, before I finally took Alicia to sleep, I immediately prayed while Alisha was sleeping, after praying I continued writing, the story was finished.
Thank you for reading my story so far, best wishes and thank you. I hope you always have a nice day. How come it's like that? Thank you for reading my story today.
