Introduction

I'm so happy to be taking part in week's 4️⃣ contest, I didn't participate in all the contest last week because of my club status so I started by helping others with engaging comments and upvotes.

Since our contest is based on last week activity on steemit, I will go forward to share my Activity as per last we.

  Last week Activity

I'm going to sub divide the activities as per different periods of the day, this is because I wasn't on steemit all through. But I was glad I did few things that are of benefits to myself and the ecosystem!

Last Week Morning Activities

I woke up daily at 5:30Am and made sure I go through the different communities hosting this different challenges and randomly read through some posts, commented and upvoted especially to those Posts with less comments and upvotes.

I didn't only commented because it's part of the challenge but also because I learned some new things from those posts I happened to read too.

I did that each morning, daily for an hour.

Normally, I wasn't happy that I couldn't participate because I went out of club5050 and I knew perfectly well that I couldn't stand a chance of upvotes hence I wasn't discouraged from helping others by commenting and also learning.

Last Week's Afternoon Activity

Since I couldn't stay online for the whole day, I to stay offline firstly for my health ( eyes) and secondly for house chores and cooking too.

After I did the above listed things, I thought of steemit and I had to go online and started reading different posts.
I was happy I learnt alot during this afternoon periods because I read one particular post about the debit ratio of steem and how it affects the rewards in steemit.

These are some things I couldn't have known of if I was discouraged about posting due to club level.

I can say during this very period, I don't spend more than an hour and I go offline because I had to nap and shower my kids too.

After taking super, and having family time with my family, i did patted my kids to bed and steem on.

I was so happy a friend I have talked to about steemit finally created her account and I directed her on how to do her achivement 1task on verification through introduction. She's @joicebright and once more you're welcome to steemit my dearest friend.

Last week Evening Activity

I can say this is the best of my time as I have dedicated my evening as my full period of day to steem and learn from steem too. This is because the nap I took during the days always kept me longer in the evening before sleeping and this Time I'm so dedicated to steemit.

I did put in 2 hours and a half during this period learning, commenting and upvoting others.

So far last week, I didn't put much hours as I usually do because I wasn't posting but only commenting and upvoting.

My estimated hours for last week was 5 hours per day and that's very little for any dedicated member of the steemit platform use normalize as a routine.

This is because when we are dedicated in building up any strong business, we're expected to put in our best and I have taken steemit to be that business that I have to make my full time business.

  Pros of this Engagement Challenge

As a writer and a reader, I personally says this challenge has helped me alot in exploring those areas I love and found difficulty in as I learn from others ideas and also share my opinions

In the course of learning, I'm proud to say thanks to steemit, I can boost of knowing a variety of recipes, supermarkets around me that I didn't properly wouldn't have known.

It has helped me to be consistent as I see from my models who are actively consistent and also learn few tips of different blogging styles too.

It has helped me to be more organized as I plan my different post and the diary game before actually writing which gives me more ideas and good use of vocabulary too.

Overall, it's has brought unity to steemians accross the globe which I know it's one of the brain behind this wonderful engagement Challenge.

Cons of the Engagement Challenge

This challenge has made some post have repetition on almost the whole central idea of a topic because everyone is expected to write on the same topic

For me personally, I can say some topics are quite too demanding to participate in their entry because they're some particular recipes that one didn't eventually projected for but will incur financial difficulty only because of love for this challenge.

Some of topics are been carried out outdoor which to my country and region is not safe due to the current insecurities of the ongoing anglophone Crisis in Cameroon that hinders me from visiting some parts of my town

Some communities have had so many active users through out this challenge while others are found wanting too.
The challenge also favors mostly only the communities hosting and this helps build more steempower to their community account because most often their rules has to do with setting a percentage of your rewards to them

In the nutshell,if this community is continuing in the couple of months to come, I will advise that the steemit team vary the communities in different Weeks.

Conclusion

Conclusively! I'm grateful to this topic because it's an eye opener for those who are willing and want to take steemit as a full-time job so that they're going to be consistent in posting, dropping engagement comments, upvoting and also learning a whole lot from this Blockchain.

I'm personally taking this topic as a challenge to make the best out of time each time I'm online using it to explore this ecosystem that's so full of knowledge in the crypto area.

I therefore urge the indulgence of @breeze.com, @chiabertrand ,@wirngo and @teghuatanga to come and participate in this contest.
