Today I will discuss with you all about one of my favorite flowers. As you can see from the photography, today I will discuss about oranges. Orange is a very favorite fruit of all. No one can find a person who does not like oranges. Oranges are available almost everywhere. To my knowledge there is no place where oranges are not available. As orange is a very popular and popular fruit, all small and large fruits are available from traders.
Orange is basically a round shaped fruit. This fruit is named (Kamala) because the fruit is orange in color.Kamala is a juicy fruit. Oranges are very tasty and fun to eat. Apart from normal oranges, orange juice and other ingredients are available. At present the price of one kg of oranges is 290 taka. Which is worth 12 STEEM on the STEEM prize. Oranges are especially beneficial for sick people. We all take fruit like oranges to visit the sick person.
Oranges contain a lot of vitamin C which is very beneficial for our body. It is especially beneficial for diabetic patients to eat oranges. If we like teaching, our eyesight increases. Oranges contain vitamin C and fiber to reduce body weight. And helps reduce belly fat. Eating oranges prevents heart attacks and strokes. Eating oranges keeps the body skin fresh. And face spots are removed.
Vitamin C in orange helps in dissolving stomach stones. Orange juice is beneficial for those who have digestive problems after eating. Because by eating oranges digestion power increases. Besides, there are many people who are prone to vomiting while traveling in the car, so it is very important to have oranges next to them. The bottom line is that it is very important to include Kamalapur in everyone's diet. Because the orange fruit increases the immune system of our body. So not everyone should include orange fruit in their daily breakfast list.
Two sizes of oranges are available from fruit merchants. One is big orange and one is small orange. The small oranges thus remain measured in kilos in the storm. You can easily pick one kg of oranges from the bag in a short time. Large oranges cost a little more and small oranges cost a little less. But the benefits of both kamalas are the same.
