MY TODAY ECONOMIC ACTIVITY :
As the sun begins to set & the day come to an end during the holy month of Ramadan Muslims around the the world eagerly await the call to prayer signaling the time to break their fasts. This cherished time known as iftari, is an important part of the Ramadan experience & involves a traditional meal consisting of dates & other foods .
One of the most most popular traditions during iftari is consumption of fruits. As Muslims break their fasts they often reach for variety of fruits such as watermelon, mangoes & pomegranates. These sweet & juicy fruit s not only provide essential nutrients& hydration after a day of fasting but also add a burst of flavor to the iftari table .
in accordance with need & requirement i also decided to buy frits for my family from near by market.
But the significance of buying fruits for Iftari extends beyond just satisfying hunger & thirst. It is also a symbol of community& generosity. In many cultures, it is common to share fruit with neighbors& friends during Ramadan, strengthening the bonds of friendship & unity.
Furthermore the economic activity of buying fruits for iftari has an impact on local markets& businesses. As the demand for fruits increases during Ramadan& farmers & vendors benefit from the surge in sales, providing them with a source of income.
why fruits consumption is essentional in iftar :
Consuming Fruits during iftar provides numerous health benefits. As Muslims break their fasts, their bodies require hydration & essential nutrients to replenish their energy levels. Fruits ar e rich source of vitamins minerals & antioxidants that help to boost immunity & aid in digestion. They also help to regulate blood sugar levels & prevent overeating which can lead to weight gain. Additionally the natura sugars in fruits provide a quick source of energy that can help to combat fatigue & improve mental alertness. Overall, consuming fruits during iftar is a healthy & delicious way to break the fast& nourish the body.
due to these reasons , my family never miss fruits & their chats in iftari because their fruits have low calories &high fibres .

suggestion and conclution
