These food items are generally more popular in the street food business in Nigeria for the reason being that there are foods that are highly consumed. They are easy to prepare and eaten by almost everyone. Some foods can be eaten as breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Well the budget consideration for setting up a street food business, is based on two factors which are location and the type of food business. Food quality and customer service play a role in determining the success of a street business in so many ways. Without food quality, customers would not patronize the food vendor because every customer wants quality food and not food that would spoil one stomach.
