With the prayers of my well-wishers I'm doing great and so do I wish for you all, beautiful people. Today, I'll write on the topic "Which is the best platform for entrepreneurs?" organized by "@mainuna". Here is my view about the concerned topic.

Which is the best platform for entrepreneurs and why?

Waking up in the globalized world and still not benefiting from it, would be your life regret one day. The days have passed when entrepreneurs used to sell products physically. They are just a click away from selling out products and can generate a huge amount that can be done by physical stores etc.

Among all the social media platforms, the best platforms are Instagram and Facebook. And out of the two, I would rate Instagram the best of all.

The total world population is 7 billion and Instagram has 5 billion downloads with 1 billion monthly active users. It is rated #1 top free in social media by Play Store. This is just data, being using these platforms for social media marketing, I've experienced that Instagram has some professional, well-aware users and serious buyers that won't waste your time and such things are lacking in Facebook.

Mention the advantages and disadvantages of doing business using social media

The advantages are as follows:

Advantages

01. One of the key advantages is targeted audience. Your promoted ad will just be shown to the audience that is interested in the respective products.

02. Your products can be seen and sold to any part of the world. It cannot be limited by any distance.

03. Your brand can be a social media sensation, gain global popularity, and be famous around the world. Its best example is "dolly Chai Wala" with whom Bill Gates met and had a cup of chai(tea).

04. You've to pay more for the billboards and other traditional marketing methods but the cost of social media marketing is lower.

05. It can give you some important insights related to your ad, products, and the users or clients which would be helpful for future actions.

Disadvantages

01. Negative reviews can damage the reputation of your brand so one should be curious about the quality of the product.

02. It is a bit time-consuming as you need to manage the products, ads, replies, and check reviews and feedback.

03. The platforms bring many changes in their algorithm so initially, it becomes difficult to cope with the changes.

How to do business using social media if you are an entrepreneur?

I would follow the following steps on social media if I become an entrepreneur:

a. Buy a phone with the best camera to capture high-quality pictures of the products.
b. Have a page of my brand with all the basic information that the platform asks for.
c. Think of the idea and the product that you want to sell.
d. While selecting a product, you should not select seasonal products.
e. Make sure that the product is available in huge amounts so that your product won't be out of stock, keeping the quality to make sure that it will be sold out.
f. Make sure that the raw materials are easily available as it'd cost less in manufacturing.
g. After ticking all the above boxes, upload the pictures of your product on any of your favorite platforms with all the details.
h. Don't forget to use proper tags and keywords.
i. Advertise the products through the social media platform but make sure that the product and ad are eye-catching.
j. Adding a contact button like a WhatsApp option would make it easier for the customer to reach out.
k. Make sure you reply to the texts, comments, and reviews of the customers.
l. Study the insight for future planning and decisions.

What businesses do you think are profitable using social media? Express your own opinion about it.

In my opinion, You should follow the steps above and then anything can be profitable.

Avoid seasonal products as you'd be just able to sell that in the specific season. Try your best to deliver all the stock and never be out of stock. Be real and never scam your customer, you're brand value and trust will be built.

The businesses that I would recommend and can be very profitable are:
•Watch business
•Wallet business
•Electronics
•Phones and their accessories
