Its always a privilege to share my ideas, and to also learn from all the members of this community, and I thank all the moderators (@harferri, @f2i5, @tucsond, and @afrizalbinalka) for always giving us the opportunity to share ideas. I have the believe that together, we shall all take this platform to a greater height.

It's not a news that our world is now going digital and technology has taken over almost all aspect of life, including businesses. For one to be successful in his or her business, he or she must be technologically wise (ability to use modern technology effectively), because only technology brings greater development in business. Technology has also made it possible for us to associate and pass information to our customers without any stress. With the use of technology, you can buy and sale products at the comfort of your room.

Take for instance, during the Covid-19 pandemic, people were able to make use of technology to promote and interact with their customers, and as such the pandemic was not able to make much havoc to their business. But those who were not able to make use of technology, suffered much setback in interacting with their customers, and as such much failure was experienced.

As I mentioned earlier, technology is very vital in the source of our business. Its almost impossible for any business to flourish without the help of technology. Below are some of the importance of technology in our business

We are now in a busy business environment, and as such its mandatory for firms to interact with their clients clearly and quickly. Technology has made that possible, as Websites now allow customers to interact and find answers to their questions from producers after hours. With effective communication between customers and producers, firms are able to ship their products to many countries.

• Improved security: Technology has made it possible to keep important data safe and out of exposure to vulnerabilities. It is important for business owner to be security conscious so as to be safeguard from cyber criminals. today, encryption and tokenization in now key to data prevention, with technology such as encryption and tokenization, the data's of any business are safe from criminals. Technology has also brought about the development of gadgets which can be uses to remotely control business premises

• Optimize management

Technology also changed resource management and it has eventually modified the way we work. No matter the size of a business industry or primary activities, technology can be used to optimize management and production.with the help of technology, Small companies can now compete with larger companies in operational efficiency because, with technological equipments and digital tools, companies can achieve a level of efficiency.

Apart of teaching, I also customise and brand clothes. I also make pillows, magic mug, awards, tie and dye, etc. I'm also into customizing water bottle and phone cover. I have used technology to advertise my product to many people around the country. Anytime I brand clothes or make any of the above listed items, I make use of my phone to snap it and share it on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. With that, many people get to know about it. Ever since I started making use of social medias to advertise my product, I have experience much sales because, people call me from different part of the country to demand for my product. Technology has also made it easy for me to transport my goods to my customers without stress.
