WHICH ONE IS BETTER?

The choice is sometimes determined by some comparison that becomes a difference in the equation, almost all choices are based on comparison. That's the life we live today, there are times when we also can not choose because there is nothing to compare, so we have to accept the circumstances. But if there is something to choose from then it is interesting to compare something with something else, as is the theme of the contest in Week 5 which compares 2 different things.

When we are faced with two different choices, we can't decide which one is best. When we compare two different options, we can only choose which might be the best and which is the best.

If talking about employees and entrepreneurs certainly has its advantages and challenges, there is a big difference between the two. In my view there are several things that benefit the two options, some differences between which are :

Employee

1. An employee has a time and working hours that are fairly certain, from certain hours and ending with a predetermined working time. Working days are also interesting because adjusting the dates in the calendar, holidays, and leave are contained in the applicable provisions.
2. An employee has responsibilities by the duties of the function and also the needs of the company.
3. An employee has a clear income every month, even if the performance and function are also improved in the form of positions, his income can rise by the provisions of the company.

Even though it is underlined that an employee only earns the same income every month, is ready to work based on orders, and must always be ready to be regulated by all superiors and company policies.

Entrepreneur

1. An entrepreneur has a time that is not too tied, they are run by the wishes and targets.
2. An entrepreneur has responsibility for their own business, they are bosses who can organize and adjust plans without any accountability to superiors.
3. Income can be much greater than the opportunity to get multiple benefits, business strategies determine the results of an entrepreneurial effort.

However, the risk is greater in terms of loss becomes the biggest problem of an entrepreneur, this loss will be at their own expense. In certain business circumstances and situations, sometimes an entrepreneur has to work around the clock so that their efforts always get to and cover the time wasted. If asked which is better, then the employee is my best option for now.

Saving and investing have similarities and also differ between the two, regardless of whether they are done in the short term or long term. But both are forms of planning that are prepared by someone to benefit from both, here is my view between saving and investing :

Saving
Saving is the way a person manages his finances starting from zero to obtain long-term or short-term benefits, as well as the way a person saves his property for various purposes and is certainly useful in certain situations and conditions.

Saving also has a great risk, especially with inflation, the value of money can decrease over time and the value of the money we save is relatively fixed. In some countries saving is also at risk of losing deposits, this happens in countries that are experiencing turmoil and also less reliable banking systems.

Investment
Investment in principle has similarities with saving, the difference is that investment saves money in other forms. Other forms can be in the form of buying land, houses, gold, and even Bitcoin. Investment has the opportunity to increase the value of the money we invest, meaning the opportunity to get financial benefits in a certain period.

If for the above two options, then for me it is best to invest.

Steemit and Hive are social media that have a similar way of working, both are part of a decentralized social media Platform that allows users to earn income from their activities on the Platform. Both have their advantages, depending on how users can enjoy them.
