This is me @eshacheema786. My good name is Esha and I'm from pakistan. I'm 21 years old and currently doing masters in English literature. Steemit-blog always brings amazing topics for us which we are enjoying while doing. I also participate in many contests for past 3 weeks. So here is my participation in Engagement-week4. I litterlly love this topic. Let's get start.

A lot of people here know me and there will be a lot of people who don't know me. We all belong to different countries but we know about each other by reading each other's posts. Steemit is a platform where I come to know a lot of people who were not only from my own country but also a lot of people who belong to other countries but after reading their post about their life can be estimated.

I have worked very hard on Steemit from the beginning and have always tried to do the best work. I have never compromised on the wor, but I have always worked extra time to make the best work possible.

---

I am a student and I am studying English Literature. I am always concerned only with books because people with literature have a lot to do with nature then they read nature in books or they calm their heart by looking at natural landscapes but since I When I came to this platform, I started giving it a lot of time. Sometimes I even prefer it to my studies.

---

I have to work overtime to work here because the whole day is spent at the university and then there are a lot of assignments project work which is very important to do. When I have to look at work, I try to give my best in every work.

---

I haven't been able to get enough sleep since the challenge started. Every week I try to have a partcipate in at least four or five of the six challenges and I make every post with dedication. Unfortunately, I do not have a laptop and I have to do all the work on the phone. The speed of the phone is not good so the work that the laptop does in one hour is done by me in three hours.

My work in last 7 days

Like if I tell you that when I have to make a post it takes me at least three and a half to four hours then making a picture for each post is a different task it takes time. There is a lot of hard work behind every post. I am not just talking about myself but there will be many people who work many times harder than me and by the grace of Allah we get rewarded.

If I talk about seven days, the work of the university was too much and I am also a representative of my class, so I have a lot of responsibilities. I'm always busy doing something. I participated in four contests and it took me at least four hours to create each post. In addition, I made a lot of comments and was very active on the steemit.

I used to make three to four diaries in the first week but now with a lot of work in university and participating in the contest I could post only one diary but I posted it very well and on it I also got support.

My thoughts about Engagement-challenge🌺

1_ My thinking about the challenge is very positive. If I talk, there was no sign of clubs until October and people were very active but then all of a sudden when the club was introduced I noticed that a lot of people stopped working because many people from were not active for the club and when there was no label they did not get support.

---

2_ The second major reason was that steemit rates had dropped dramatically and people were frustrated and either reduced their workload or quit working altogether.

---

3_ The contestant has reactivated the steemit. There is a lot of participation and the best thing is that people are working in every community. Earlier people used to work in their respective communities and they used to get support there but now people belonging to any country work in other communities and they also get support.

---

4_ The best thing I thought was that a lot of people know each other even though they belong to different countries but they are all working very hard and diligently and using their overtime to improve their post.

5_ The Engagement Challenge has not only improved people's posts but also given us a lot of quality work. People work very hard to prepare each post and try to connect with each other by commenting on each other.

This is a very good and positive aspect and I hope that such positive challenges will continue to come.

My suggestions✨

1_ My suggestion is that there are many people who work very hard but for some reason their post is ignored and Sc01 cannot vote for them but in the community in which they are poste moderators should give this post the necessary support and they must give booming, it will build up their confidence level and they will work harder.

---

2_ One thing I have noticed a lot is that there are a lot of communities that only support people in their own country, although there are many more people who work hard, but their posts are ignored. It is very sad that if you try to improve the post by putting a lot of work behind it then this post should get the necessary support even if they belong to any country.

---

3_ One of my personal opinions is that not everyone gets votes from Sc01 but now a lot of communities have asked to set beneficiaries. What will we have left behind?

My opinion is that it should not be mandatory but it should be left up to the people to do it if they want to set it up and if they do not want to do it then don't do it because a lot of people here are doing it. They themselves are in need of money.

If I had my say I would have to pay my own university fees and I would have maintained my club status but when I set up Beneficiary I would have benefited very little from this post but I would have worked very hard.
