INTRODUCTION

Hello friends Happy weekend to everyone of you trust we all doing great today........?
I officially Welcome everyone back to my blog today and for those that had been surporting my post with comment and upvote I appreciate you all.

Without wasting time I will to go straight to the business of today.
In my today's blog I will be sharing with us why is necessary for us to put family members away from our businesses.

Family they say is everything but some they are some rules that governor business that a family member will not be able to keep for you no matter how hard he/she might try to.
Though some people might say that it's better to employ your family member than to employ who you don't know,but I'm totally not in support of that idea.
I have been opportune to witness an incident that happened recently here In my residence, the issue of an elder brother that sells electrical parts after the establishment of the business he needed someone to always stay in the shop for him so his can do other things probably when he is going to market to get goods for the shop.

He brought his younger brother who just finished from secondary school to come assist him in the business,but the story change the brother was not just interested to know about the business but was only interested in getting money and living extravagant life with the business money while his brother bear all the risk.
Not quite long the business started having issues the senior brother could even borrow money to restock the shop but the business couldn't stand again,then the brother knew that something was wrong then he started looking for solutions all the ups and down continue untill the business was closed down he sold all the things in the shop to pay his dept and then the younger brother couldn't stay again he went back to the village because the elder brother could no longer take care of their needs.

From the story you see that the elder brother has lost his chance of becoming a successful entrepreneur through selling of electrical parts all because of a family member.
He was not able to know that something was wrong in the business because he doesn't keep records of his stock probably because he felt his brother was the only person involve in the business and they could both manage it well but at last it turn out to be something else.
Even when he discovered how the brother spend the business money on irrelevant things he couldn't do anything because of their parents,had it been that he employed someone the person wouldn't have be able to close down his business though some people do steal but not to the extent of closing down a business.

CONCLUSION

Sometimes when having this discussion with my friends I could tell them that it's better you do business with someone you don't know other then doing business with a family member that knows everything about you, because when an outsider wants to hurt you he will be mindful of what it will result to, but if a family member wants to hurt you he will do everything he can knowing fully well that they is an extent to what you will do to him.

My enterpreneurs to avoid having issues with our family members because of money of business let's put them away from our business so we can forever maintain a good relationship with them
