INTRODUCTION

Welcome back to my blog friends I have been very busy with my business I hardly have time for phone now, but when ever I'm free I will not fail to drop a post for my fans here. 🥰

In my today's post I want to review to us how we can manage anger to enable us become a successful entrepreneur.
I will advise we take time to read through surport and drop your comment.

ANGER AN ENEMY TO SUCCESS

Anger is a great enemy to success when you have the spirit of anger you can hardly achieve your goals because no one will like to tolerate you because you can not tolerate others.

Being able to manage your anger brings great opportunities that you can think of.
I remember working during my 4 months industrial training, customers could come to my office insult me all because they saw working , but in all I never get to fight or argue with anyone because I know and understand the law that says customers are always right.

Even when I know that they aren't right I will disbliss my self to make them right , reason because it's because of them that the business is existing a business that does not have customers who come often to petronize the business can not succed.
By the time you argue or fight to prove you are right to you customers they will assume it that you don't have respect and they will go where the business owner can tolerate their character.

WHY NOT MANAGE YOUR ANGER

Instead of allowing your anger to manage you, you can choose to manage your anger by learning to let gone bye be gone bye sometimes people do ask me why I difficult is getting upset,
I could always say to them that getting upset is a choice and anger rest in the blossom of a fool, you can manage your anger by not acting like a fool because the moment you are angry you are not in charge of what ever you do or say.

I have seen a business owner a customer came to her shop to buy coca-Cola bottle drink after 20mins the customer came back with the drink and complain that the drink didn't foam that she can drink it, instead of the woman to pure it to the ground to check if true the drink was really not foaming she started arguing with the customer claiming that she don't sell fake drinks the both of them continue arguing till another customer came in he paid for another drink for the customer when he left the woman still refuse to change the drink for the lady claiming that the customer took half of the drink and pour water in the half before bringing it back.
Along the line the customer couldn't bear it again she slap the lady and they both got into fight before you know it she broke bottle and break the customers head at the end of the day she was arrested and her shop was shut down by the lady's husband who was said to be in higher authority in the military 🪖 force.

CONCLUSION

It's only what you take as insult that is seeing as insult, let's learn to pay more attention on how we can get the money from customers other than paying attention to who is respecting you or not.
I know too well that some customers are unbearable but bear it in mind that you don't have any business with them apart from the service or what you are selling to them to get the money in their pocket.
