Hello friends trust we all are doing great?
Is a new week and is has been busy one.🥳
Business actually to me it means being busy I thank God for making my business busy.

Cherry collection has just arrive with different new classic design I could have love to share the pictures but I prefer spending the little time I have to encourage new enterpreneurs or those hoping to become and enterpreneur.

In my today blogging I will be sharing with you how customers relationship has help to promote my business.

CUSTOMERS RELATIONSHIP

Customers relationship is very important to any enterpreneur, though may business men and women see it as nothing but to me I have tried it and it's the best selling point of any business.

I started my online clothing business not up to a year at first I was so afraid of how to get to the top or even how to secure reliable customers but an idea came on my mind, I bought few clothes and decided to carry them alone I visited different offices with them and the few person's that petronize me I collected their contact and from time to time I could reach out to them to know how they are doing. _even when my intention was to know if they need any clothes _🤫

HOW IT WORKS

I kept calling some times I could message on Whatsapp and refer them to view my status.

On a very lucky day I made a video of different clothes as one of my customers was watching the video his friend sitting next to him collected the phone to see immediately my message came in and he was telling the friend that I alway message to check up on him since the last time he bought clothes from me,his friend became anxious to get my number.

He collected my number and we discussed in detail I get to know he was planning his birthday and according to him he wants all his friends to put on same dress with him, he ask if I could get a particular design of clothes for 10-15 person's after much negotiation I pick up the job and deliver all to him and I he was very happy with my service.
Since then he has petronize me more that twice.

CONCUSSION

Keeping a good relationship with your customers makes them feel special and always want to petronize you when ever needs arise.

The customer you don't care about will hardly refer you to other friends.

As an enterpreneur don't see your business as ordinary business that people do so an extra work to make your business extra ordinary, call your customers, message them regularly you can visit as the case maybe things are getting tough and tough daily you can only overcome with your heart of kindness.
