A Crocheted Sandal to Please a Customer Request

Good day to all members of this community. I completely admit that you and your family are fine. Needlework has been constructive for me as I continue to observe positive growth in my shoemaking through the effort of my team and tolerance to customers.

Since I started needlework through shoemaking and crocheting, I have witnessed different characteristics from diverse customers and I have preferred to tolerate it because as a shoemaker that approaches customers' demands on daily bases. I approach those that can never be pleased with my shoemaking skill and those who acknowledge my style of shoemaking design.

Some of the shoes and slippers that I make can never be generally accepted by all the customers that approach my work because criticism must be involved. The ability of customers to criticize my work always makes ways for adequate improvement just like I do inform my team on such prohibited attitude.

I will like to fine-tune you a little concerning some journey I experienced months ago on shoemaking. If you can flash back conspicuously about the post I shared a few weeks ago on how a customer rejected the work I did for her. This morning, the same customer whom I pleaded to accept the crocheted slippers I did for her but refused. Came to my shoemaking office and requested the slippers. She told me that her spirit touched her to accept the slippers and she also pleaded for her misconduct toward me and my team.

Seeing a customer pleading for her previous misconduct, it’s really amazing. I told her that I sold the slippers that same day except if I will work on another crochet slipper but she told me that she will prefer to have crocheted sandals.

We bargained and settled amicably. To my greatest surprise, when she came to have the crocheted sandals.

She was impressed and grateful. Some customers may approach you today with the anger of their day. Please don’t always think they are like that. Always remember to give them a second chance.

Materials considered when crocheting are:

Yarn is the main pillar for excellent crocheting slippers and sandals. Yarn comes in diverse sizes, colors, and qualities but the one you may accept may be depending on what you want. I prefer combining diverse colors of yarn when crocheting sandals to give me quality design.

Sole is considered the supporter of crocheted sandals because it is used to pard the down sandals together. The quality of any sandal sole determines the long usage range. Before you start crocheting for customers, make sure to bill them high so as to enable you to deliver your work with good materials.

Leather is also paramount in shoemaking because the quality and design of the leather you will be using for your crocheting sandals determines how the sandals will be presented to the owner.

Gum is for joining together the sole and crocheted leather to form a complete sandal.

Tools for the work are:

Yarn pin.
Sandpaper.
Scissors.
Matches.
Hammer.

Common Procedures applied are:

Having a maximum material required for the making of the crocheted sandal.

Taking adequate measurements.

Clean and well-structured sketch of the sandal.

Proper cutting of the leather material.

Crocheting of the top sandal following a targeted design.

Sandpaper of the sole and leather accordingly.

Applying gum to the sole and crocheted leather.

Placed the sole and leather under the sun for a few hours.

Joining the sole and the crocheted leather together and then gradually hitting the sandal with a hammer.
