Yes, I have bitter experience with online purchases which is why I have stopped purchasing things online. There was a beautiful dress that I saw online and made a payment for it hoping to receive the dress in less than 5 days after I had made my payment. I was premised 5 days which the day got extended to 10 days.
Such experiences are indeed very disappointing and make anyone lose trust in online shopping. When our expectations of the quality of goods are not met, especially after a long wait, it is natural to feel upset. In your case, not only the delay in delivery, but also receiving a product that is far from the description makes it a bitter experience.
