In your perspective, what's the Definition of a good leader?

I think a leader is one who has leadership qualities. There are several qualities of being a leader. All the qualities that make an ordinary person a leader. Not everyone can be a leader. I think being a leader is difficult. To be a leader, he has to stand out from the crowd. Some important qualities must be acquired.

A leader must be honest and hard working. He must be aware of time. Everyone should have good relationship and good communication. And the most important quality is to have courage. To be a leader you must have courage. He must lead his team with courage. Only then a leader will be successful in his work.

What is the difference between leader and leadership? Explain!

The words leader and leadership carry very close meanings. But there is a difference between leader and leadership. But in relational terms, leaders and leadership are mutually related. We can say that the person who leads is the leader. That is, leadership qualities make a person a leader. And to be a leader, you must have the ability to lead. At the same time, the team has to be guided in the right direction during difficult times. And in these difficult times proper leadership helps a leader to influence his team. Who is your all-time favourite leader? Why?

One of the leaders I met and loved was Mashrafe Bin Mortaza. He was the team leader of Bangladesh national cricket team for a long time. I like to watch cricket. I have been watching Mashrafe Bin Mortaza play since childhood. Since then he is the captain of the Bangladesh cricket team. His qualities as a team leader attracted me.

He has led the team with integrity and success for a long time. He was understanding and like minded with everyone in the team. He was a senior player. He had extensive experience in the game of cricket. He has made a name for himself in the team with his leadership qualities. At that time he led the team and brought many successes. His leadership ability and qualities attract me. He is amazing as a leader and one of my favorite leaders.
