Steemit Engagement Challenge S7/W5|What do you do to stay balanced in times of stress

Greetings to all steemains!!!

Hope you all are good and doing well. Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 7 Week 5 is near to end. We are enjoying with amazing entries of many participants in different communities. The topic of this week that #Incredible India has selected Steemit Engagement Challenge S7/W5|What do you do to stay balanced in times of stress is very important and we must aware of stress and it's harmful effects on our body. We should minimize not only our stress but change ourselves as good to help to reduce stress of others.

Before starting contest I would like to invite @sualeha, @malikusman1 and @faran-nabeel for the contest.

What do you do to stay balanced in times of stress?

Stress is a reaction of our body that everyone can experience. When we face any difficult situation , fear, overburden of work or simply if our body faces changes and challenges then our body responds and effects mentally, physically or both is Stress

There is no diagnostic test for stress measurement. Only person that feels stress can tells how much his body responds to the stress.

There are many easy ways to manage our body stress like exercise, healthy diet, gathering of positive people, music, drawing, shopping. It varies from person to person. Here I'm sharing what I do when I stressed

1-Morning Walk/Exercise

When you feel stressed, exercise your body. It's not necessary you do some hard exercises, only walk can boost your mood. I usually do walk when I feel stress. I was used to of exercise 3year before and it's my experience when you keep exercising your body only for 30 min or less your body does not respond on stress or your stress level balanced.

Morning's fresh weather makes me pleasant all day

Due some health issues I cannot continue my routine of exercise and now my body due to stress becomes over weight. Nowadays I'm doing morning walk daily that keeps me fresh and healthy. It helps me to manage the stress that I feel. If you are experiencing stress start walk for at least 30 minutes daily and see the results.

2-Playing online games

Playing games also helps to keep blanched when you are stressed. But online games should be played just to boost your mood not for addiction. Most of kids and youngsters become addicted to these online games.

No matter what kiddie game you like, just play and reduce your stress

On the other hand online games manage my stress level and whenever I got stress I play games. When I was sever ill and most of my time spent on bed I managed my crying by playing games. Whenever I got more depressed due to my health problems I cried the whole day just laying on the bed. My daughter downloaded many games for me and I spent that extremely painful period of life by playing games.

I still play online games but my level of choosing games is like kids. I play bubble shooter, match number, bricks game, talking Tom etc. I really get boost in my mood.

A Call To My Sister /My Best Friend

When you stressed you need to talk some one who can listen to your problems, can give suggestion or only their voice do work like therapy. So I make call to my youngest sister she is my best friend. If she's not available as her kids are too young then I made to talk with my one friend she always free for me like me. I didn't share any thing but my voice told her every thing she realized every time that today I'm stressed. And she boost me up.

Go Out For Shopping

In Mall Near My House

Shopping makes many people happy. If I get chance to go out in stress I want to go to the shopping mall. It doesn't mean I'm very found of shopping. I just go there and feel happy. If something that I want or need to buy I do that otherwise I just do widow shopping and enjoy food court of mall and treat my self.

I usually go for shopping with my daughter. Most of family members (my aunt, sisters and friends) give their shopping list to me to buy their things. Actually my home is near a shopping mall. I think it's best place for outing for me where I enjoy alot and manage my stress

Stay Away From Negative People

I always avoid to live with negative people. In family it is very difficult to stay away from them, so please avoid them or don't respond on their negative thoughts. They are main cause of your stress and anxiety. The easiest way to protect yourself from them is avoiding. Use your two ears one for listening and other for sending out for them. It's very difficult for me too but when I perfectly avoid them will leave me stress free. Please do practice in your life for healthy and happy life.

Give three main reasons behind our stress?

There are many reasons of stress and they differ from person to person. In general if we discuss these are most important reasons behind our stress.

Money

No one can deny with the fact that money is most important for necessities of life. When we faced financial difficulties in life our body feels stressed. If these issues become prolonged body get different diseases due to the stress that body faced.

Family Relationships

If a person is not living with healthy relationships they always experience stress. If parents of kids separated due to bad relationships it badly effects not only on them specially on mental health of growing children. If one of a family member is toxic the whole family stressed due to this person.

Work Load

If we do more work we get stressed. There is always pressure of work place on us, it may be from menegment, from your competitors, extra responsibilities or of any kinds it makes us stressed.

Unhealthy Lifestyle & Diet

It is one of the most important cause that is in our hand. Our unhealthy lifestyle put very bad effects on our body. Good and balanced diet, proper sleep, healthy lifestyle keep us strong and protect from body responces from stress.

Do you think now we should take this problem seriously? If so, then describe why?

We should take this problem seriously because stress is how our bodies respond to different situations. It may be physical, emotional, or mental. Stress may be short-term, but it's normal for every body to experience it and overcome it with time. It is acute stress.

But if stress becomes prolonged, it is associated with many diseases, including chronic stress, which requires therapy to overcome. It may cause stomach problems, heart disease, high blood pressure, sugar, anxiety, depression,
Fatigue, headaches, muscular pain, sleeping problems, obesity, etc.

So we should take this problem seriously to maintain our health.

Conclusion

We should balance our body's stress by adopting some healthy relaxing activities, the habit of good eating, proper sleep, avoiding negative thoughts and people from our lives, overcoming our workload, etc. This is very important, not just for us but also for our family. By keeping balance in work, family, relationships, healthy diet are some step to manage stress from life.

First is the morning walk. This is one of my favorite walking activities. I love morning and night very muchAnd I love walking, it feels so stress-free, so much healing from illness. I love the beautiful moments of the morning walking barefoot on the ground in warm weather. Then he said playing games online actually I like it very much I also play games online sometimes.

Wow, @suboohi! What an amazing post! You've packed in so much useful knowledge into this one post. It's definitely helped me understand stress and the different ways of managing it a lot more.

It sounds like you really have the right idea when it comes to looking after your health and staying balanced. Taking a morning walk, playing online games, reaching out to your sister/best friend for support, going shopping, and avoiding negative people are definitely smart moves that I'm going to try for myself.

I'm sure everyone can benefit from reading this information because, as you said, everybody experiences stress in some form. And its effects can be quite harmful if we don't do anything about it. So thank you for pointing out the importance of self-care so eloquently!

Stress ko kam karny k havaly se jo chezy ap karti hain wo waqay hi kabily tareef hain, jesa k online games khelna, shopping par jana, calls karna or sab se zyada zroori exercise karna. Or jin waja se hamy stress hota ha wo chezy b apki achi tarah se explain ki hain. Mje dawat dene ka dil se shukria. Me pehly sy hi hisa le chuka hun.
