The steadfast well-wisher is the one who rectifies our errors, not relishes them.
It was morning 10:39 a.m. in India when I started my writing. Yesterday, I couldn't write because for the last few days, the temperature all of a sudden became so high;
and after finishing some community work, I didn't have the energy and time to write my content.
However, before starting my content;
I would like to wish a happy Sunday to everyone.
Often, we love those people who appreciate us, whether it is in our personal life or profession.
We don't want to accept feedback on our errors gladly;
Neither do we favor those people who try to rectify them!
But I consider an authentic well-wisher to come to guide us and point out our oversights. But of course, in a decent manner.
In three scenarios when we love to be silent:- |
---|
The first one is when we see the potentiality of the person is higher than we have, and if we guide them;
then the person can reach a higher place than us.The second reason is when we see the person hold the higher position and power, and if we point out their mistakes;
then our relationships can be affected. We can relinquish the aegis we are getting or can forfeit the position we are holding.The third reason is funny but true! That, I mentioned in my title;
and that is to avoid them and not like those who point out our oversights. Most of the time, we do not bring the feedback positively.
We must invariably retain that no human is beyond mistakes, and if someone comes forward to guide us with correction;
then we should abide by that feedback gladly.
Not to change the path or misunderstand those people;
nor should we think that they are not our friends or well-wishers.
Instead, I think those who provide us feedback are our genuine friends who want us to see in a more elevated position.
Here, I want to share with you a real-time example:- |
---|
Have you noticed when parents take newborn babies for vaccination?
I am sure you all have.Why am I asking this question?
All parents are aware that after taking those vaccines, their children will suffer from fever;
but then also go to the doctor to obtain those vaccines for their child!
or they do not love their children at all?
We all know the answer! Because those parents wanted to protect their children from some diseases that can ruin the entire future of their children;
and for that, they abided by some diminutive burdens for their children.
It is not that every person is identical, but if we can handle everything positively;
then we can avoid various clashes.
That was all about from my side today. I am looking forward to knowing your perspective through comments.
How do you handle feedback?

If we don't have the courage to accept our mistakes, we will not be able to correct ourselves. We will repeat same mistake again and again and we can't advance ourselves in life. So we must welcome feedback from our well wishers. Thank you for making us aware of other types of people be to avoided.
Congratulations!

For the reasons you stated yes I believe and accept many people do not make mistakes for these reasons. I am also trying to correct my mistakes and improve myself.
You have brought up a very important informative topic among us which is a lot to know. I think that those who would lead me astray should be accepted as teachers because. He who teaches me bears the status of a teacher. Thanks again for bringing up the very important topic.
