Today I am here to share with you the benefit of a beverage;
that, nowadays, almost all people consume. Especially those who are health-conscious and aware of the advantages of this beverage.

I am talking about green tea. On this platform, earlier, I shared my diary game;
at that time, I also shared that I start my day with green tea to refresh myself.

It has been seven years since I began consuming green tea. Now I thought of sharing the benefits of this beverage.

Benefits of Green Tea:-
