Everyone,
Hope you are all well and you all had a great day today. At the end of the week, I'm here again today to publish this week's community users engagement report.
Actually it is very sad that compared to the engagement of all users in the last week, the engagement this week is very less. In fact, we, who are in the administrative team of this community, are constantly trying to help all the users of the community as much as possible.
Also, we always try to solve any problem they have. Not only that, our admin ma'am tries her best to ensure that, every user who working in this community can work properly in accordance with all the rules of this platform. For this reason she always shares all kinds of information with us.
According to her instructions, we, who are employed as moderators in this community, try to evaluate the work of all users through proper verification and comment. But when users don't do their job properly, it really hurts.
Each of us has a family and each of us has certain responsibilities towards the family. We all try our best to fulfill those responsibilities properly. In the same way, this community is like your family, and you have certain responsibilities towards this community. I think each of you should fulfill those responsibilities also.
I don't know why none of you are trying to fulfill those responsibilities properly. I request you all to fulfill your responsibility towards the community and help this community to move forward.
Anyway according to the admin's instructions, the engagement of community moderators from this week will not be published together with the engagement of community users engagement, because the posts that we moderators verify are also included in this engagement.
So here I am sharing with you this week's user engagement report, so that you all can see exactly how much less engagement each of you had this week compared to last week.

আপনি এই সপ্তাহের এনগেজমেন্ট এর সব ধরনের তথ্য সংক্রান্ত আলোচনা আমাদের মাঝে শেয়ার করেছেন ৷ সেটা দেখে খুবেই ভালো লাগলো ৷ আপনি প্রতি সপ্তাহে এই ধরনের এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট আমাদের মাঝে তুলে ধরেন ৷ আপনার এই দায়িত্ব আপনি অনেক সুন্দর ভাবে পালন করে থাকেন ৷

অনেক সুন্দর একটি সাপ্তাহিক এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট শেয়ার করলেন। যেখানে কোন ইউজার কেমন এনগেজমেন্ট করেছে, এক সপ্তাহে সবগুলো তুলে ধরেছেন। খুব সুন্দর ভাবে আসলেই অনেক ভাল কাজ করেছেন আপনি।
সবাই যদি আপনার মত দায়িত্ব নিয়ে কমেন্টের জন্য কাজ করতো। তাহলে তো ভালই হতো, আসলে সবার মন মানসিকতা তো এক নয়।
কমিউনিটি আমাদের একটি পরিবার আমরা যদি সবাই কমিউনিটিকে পরিবার ভাবি তাহলে অবশ্যই কমিউনিটির জন্য এই সপ্তাহের তুলনাই আগামী সপ্তাহে অনেক বেশি কমেন্ট শেয়ার করব।
প্রতি সপ্তাহের মতো এই সপ্তাহে এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট আমাদের মাঝে শেয়ার করার জন্য আপনাকে ধন্যবাদ।
একটা সপ্তাহের রিপোর্ট আমাদের সাথে শেয়ার করেছেন, আমাদের প্রত্যেকেরই উচিত আমাদের এনগেজমেন্ট আরো বেশি বৃদ্ধি করা। যেহেতু কমিউনিটি আমাদের একটা পরিবার। সেই পরিবারের জন্য নিজেদের জায়গা থেকে নিজেদের দায়িত্ব পালন করা।

একদমই যথাযথভাবে উল্লেখ করেছেন। কমিউনিটিকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়ার লক্ষ্যে আপনাদের কার্যক্রম এবং প্রচেষ্টা সম্মান করি। এক্ষেত্রে ইউজারদের প্রচেষ্টায় না থাকলে খুবই দুঃখজনক।
এই সপ্তাহের এংগেজমেন্ট সত্যিই খুবই কম মানে অত্যন্ত কম। আগামী সপ্তাহে অবশ্যই সকলে মিলে চেষ্টা করব আরো এনগেজমেন্ট বৃদ্ধি করার। কমিটিকে সামনে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়ার লক্ষ্যে আমাদের সকলে আপ্রান প্রচেষ্টা চালিয়ে যেতে হবে।
বাস্তবতা যখন সবার জন্য উপহার হিসেবে আনা হয় ,তখন সবার খুশি লাগবে এটাই স্বাভাবিক। নিজের অবস্থান যেনে,সবাই ভুলভ্রান্তি শুধরে নিয়ে। কমিউনিটি'কে এগিয়ে নিবে ,এই কামনা।
