Everyone,
How are you all?
Hope everyone is well and had a great day today. Sunday, is usually a much busier day for me, than any other day of the week. For this reason, I sat down late at night to write today's engagement report.
This weekend job is quite a responsibility for me. Through this report everyone knows the last week's activity of all users in the community.
Every user here is a member of this family. Therefore, we want to bring this community to a better place, with the joint initiative of all. And I must say, in this effort, some members are playing a more active role, and some members are lagging behind.
Before presenting last week's engagement report, I would like to thank all users who have recently joined in our community.
I thank @nazmul1996 for rejoining the community after a gap of few months. Maybe he could not be with us in the middle few months, due to his personal problem, but we hope that he will be constantly connected with our community from now onwards.
I also want to thank @famillycooking1 and
@abdul-rakib. They are new in our community. They also joined our tutorial class and hangout. Besides that, I aslo want to thank @manisha.jain9. I personally love to read her writings.
A big thank you to all of you, from every member of this community. I hope our journey with you all will be long. We must fulfill our responsibility together to bring our community to a better place.

This was the last week's engagement report. Hope each of you will read this report carefully and try to do better from upcoming week.

এই সপ্তাহের এনগেজমেন্ট আপনি বেশ সুন্দর ভাবে আমাদের সবার মাঝে উপাস্থাপন করেছেন ৷ এবং এই এনগেজমেন্ট অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য তুলে ধরার চেষ্টা করে থাকেন ৷ আমাদের নিজেদের এংগেজমেন্ট বৃদ্ধি করতে হবে সেইদিকে আমাদের খেয়াল রাখতে হবে ৷ তাছাড়াও আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে বেশ কয়েকজন নতুন সদস্য যোগ করেছে ৷ তাদের জন্য শুভকামনা রইলো ৷
দিদি আপনাকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ ৷ ভালো থাকবেন সুস্থ থাকবেন ৷
সর্ব প্রথম আপনাকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ এবং অনেক সুন্দর ভাবে আপনি এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্টটি আমাদের মাঝে শেয়ার করেছেন।
পাশাপাশি বেশ কিছু নতুন ইউজার দেখে খুবই ভালো লাগলো এবং তারা আমাদের সাথে টিউটোরিয়াল ক্লাস এবং হ্যাংআউট এ জয়েন ছিলো সেটা দেখে আরও বেশি ভালো লেগেছে আশা করব তারা সব সময় আমাদের কমিউনিটির পাশে থাকবে।
আপনি প্রতি সপ্তাহের মতো এ সপ্তাহের এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্টে সব ধরনের তথ্য সংক্রান্ত আলোচনা করে আমাদের মাঝে শেয়ার করেছেন ৷ এটা দেখে খুব ভালো লাগলো।এই সপ্তাহের এংগেজমেন্ট সবারই তুলনামূলক অনেক কমে গেছে। তাই আগামী সপ্তাহে সবাই চেষ্টা করা এংগেজমেন্ট আরো বৃদ্ধি করা। কারন এই কমিটিকে সামনে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য আমাদের সবারই এনগেজমেন্ট বৃদ্ধির পাশাপাশি মনোযোগ সহকারে কাজ করতে হবে। ভালো থাকবেন আপু
এই সপ্তাহে আমার রেজাল্ট তেমন ভালো না। আমি চেষ্টা করবো এখন থেকে প্রতিনিয়ত কাজ করার। যারা ভালো ভাবে প্রতিনিয়ত কাজ করছে তাদের সবাইকে অনেক অনেক ধন্যবাদ।

আসলে আমার ব্যক্তিগত কিছু সমস্যার কারণে,, আমার এংগেজমেন্ট একেবারেই কমে গেছে! যেটা আমি উপলব্ধি করতে পারছি! তবে আমার সমস্যাটা কিছুটা সমাধান হয়েছে! ইনশাল্লাহ আমি চেষ্টা করব,, আমার এনগেজমেন্ট আগের মত করে বৃদ্ধি করার জন্য।
অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে,,, সপ্তাহের মধ্যে এত ব্যস্ততার পরেও এত সুন্দর করে এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট আমাদের সাথে উপস্থাপন করার জন্য! আপনার জন্য অনেক অনেক শুভকামনা রইল,,, ভালো থাকবেন।
ধন্যবাদ দিদি আপনাকে আবারও এই সপ্তাহের অনেক সুন্দর একটি রিপোর্ট শেয়ার করার জন্য। কোন ইউজার কেমন এংগেজমেন্ট পূরণ করেছে, সেটা খুব সুন্দরভাবে আপনি ফুটিয়ে তুলেছেন।
আর এটা দেখে সত্যিই অনেক ভালো লাগছে আমি ছয় নম্বর পজিশনে আছি। আর ১৭ টি কমেন্ট করেছি মনে হচ্ছে কিছুটা ইম্প্রুভ হয়েছে।
অবশ্য চেষ্টা করি সব সময় যতটুকু সময় পাই, মানুষের সাথে এংগেজমেন্ট বাড়ানোর। কিন্তু আসলে সেভাবে হয়ে ওঠেনা, তারপরও আপনাকে অনেক অনেক ধন্যবাদ এবং শুভকামনা
@sampabiswas Thanks so much for sharing the weekly report! My own condition was noticeable in the report and hopefully next week will be an exception inshallah. I appreciate the tireless work of the admin panel.
