Cucumber is not a vegetable. Botanically it is a fruit. Because cucumbers are made from flowers that contain seeds. Similarly, many vegetables are actually fruits, such as pods, capsicums, pumpkins and even tomatoes.Eating fruits is good for health as So is cucumber.

Aids in digestion:
Vitamins, dietary fiber and water in cucumber help in digestion of food. Eating cucumber everyday keeps the digestive system proper it help us to prevent constipation.
