Dear Honorable Admin Ma'am,
First of all I apologize to you. Because the situation is not with me. That's why I made this decision today. Maybe you will feel bad like me but I am not able to commit myself to community work at the moment due to personal reasons.
Today I sat down to write the stepdown post. Because earlier and many times I tried time management but failed. It is my personal problem that I have trouble maintaining both sides like others.
As, I hail from Bangladesh and accordingly there is an age limit for government jobs here. Also, online is my dream and in future I will settle online as I said before.
I took that decision knowing that to gain something one has to lose a lot of valuable resources. Because if I need any money right now, my parents might be watching. They also have some expectations for me.
Even though I have a heavy balance on my steemit right now, I can't use it. Because I already know about its future. Unfortunately, some bad situations may come up but that's why I don't have to use this money.
May have to endure suffocation for a long time and suffer a lot. But this decision may have been necessary as a Steemian.
Reason:
I have five classes in a week and need to spend minimum fifteen hours out of twenty four hours to complete the class readings. Also, working as a Steemian can be stressful. That is why I am forced to take this decision.
@sduttaskitchen(admin ma'am ) and @sampabiswas(co-admin ma'am) , had a great time with you. A family has always felt like this and will continue to do so in the future. Maybe I got to know you through work, but at least it took the form of a personal relationship.
After achieving my goal, I will come back to this Steemit platform and to you. The rest is God's will.

Also, I apologize to everyone in the #incredibleindia family, as I may have spoken in anger to correct the mistakes of many. But it was all for your good. Request you all to work hard and put yourselves forward to shine the name of the family that means #incredibleindia community.

If you have taken this step to build your future, then it would be appropriate to accept it, but if you have to take this step due to some other reason, then you reconsider. In these few days, I have learnt and understood a lot from you, your strict discipline and determined behaviour inspires me to do the same.

দিদি আপনি চলে যাচ্ছেন শুনে খুব খারাপ লাগছে। আমাদের যখনই সমস্যা হয়েছে তখনই আপনাকে আমাদের কাছে পেয়েছি। এবং আপনি সুন্দর ভাবে আমাদের সমস্যা সমাধান করে দিয়েছেন।
আমাদেরকে অনেক দিকনির্দেশনা দিয়েছেন, আমাদের পরিবার থেকে একজন মূল্যবান মানুষকে হারিয়ে ফেললাম 😥😥।
আমাদের ভুল হলে আমাদের ভুলগুলো সুন্দরভাবে বুঝিয়ে সমাধান করার জন্য বলে দিয়েছেন।
আমাদের এই পরিবার সকলের তরফ থেকে থেকে আপনার ক্ষমাপ্রার্থী করি। আপনি আবার আমাদেরই পরিবারে ফিরে আসেন সেই দোয়াই করি।
যেখানে থাকবেন ভালো থাকবেন সাবধানে থাকবেন। সত্যি কথা বলতে কি আপনি কি খুবই মিস করব।
