I hope you are all well. Today I will announce the winners of the "What if you had the opportunity to become a member of the steemit team..?" contest that I organized last week. I am really sorry for the delay in announcing the winners. Because I have been busy the past few days, I was late in announcing this.

There were 8 participants in the contest, one of which was an AI-generated entry, so I consider it an invalid entry. All the other participants had submitted several new suggestions to develop the steemit platform, and I have listed those proposals below. Also, links to the articles of the participated users are given below.
I read all the entries and chose three of them as winners. Thank you very much to all the participants. If I could, I would choose all of them as winners. But it is not possible. So I thought of choosing three users who have submitted several different suggestions as winners.

✅I want to propose that Steemit build an office in every country.
Maybe for most people this is a ridiculous idea, but for me this is a brilliant idea, because in my opinion there are many people who want to join the Steemit platform, but they don't know how to become a steemian.
✅ I would like to propose that Steemit promote Steem and Steemit through great influencers.
✅ I also want to create a program so that all Steemians can get a minimum upvote equivalent every month, for example $ 100 USD in a month.My reason for creating this program is because currently I see many Steemians who decide to no longer be active on Steemit because they do not get enough upvotes, everyone has responsibilities in their lives, if they are serious about focusing on this platform without enough rewards then they will not have enough money to support their lives and families, for that reason they leave this valuable platform.

✅As a team member I would collaborate with successful and whale investors when they show interest to steem, and the way steemit work. Whale investors if convinced then steem can get back on track.
✅We human get bored with the same thing or repeats and this is one of the human nature. As a team member of steemit I would suggest new initiatives for users. I would bring new concepts that can be helpful for steem's growth. Would make a partnership with successful businessmen like Elon Musk and others.
✅If I were the team member of steemit, I would re-launch the Tron reward and other token reward to spend for deserving users of the platform. I would research more on crypto market and the steem. I might bring some positive changes for steemit users and steemit platform.

I would encourage those who are working consistently and following all the rules of the platform, based on their work, not on the language they are writing in.
➡️The next thing I would like to change is the rules for selecting community curators. As far as I have noticed, there are quite a few curators who apply for this community curatorship every month and they are also selected.
However, they are seen supporting only certain communities or certain users' posts, which is completely inappropriate. When you are selected as a curator, every user should be equal to you. You should support all of them in their posts, regardless of country, language, and make them interested in working.
➡️In terms of getting booming support, I have seen that some users often go beyond the rules and get more than 2 booming supports. Although according to the rules of this platform, a user, regardless of the community they work in, cannot get more than two booming supports in a week. I am saying this excluding users selected on Make Noise, because those whose posts are selected on Make Noise get support based on their engagement.
I agree that when a user shares his writing in multiple communities, it is not possible to know in advance from which community his post will be selected for booming support. However, even after a user gets support from 2 communities every week, when he is selected from another community, he should check his previous posts and select the post only then. Then the same mistake is not likely to happen every week. But in many cases, I have seen the same user getting 4 to 5 booming supports. I think this issue should also be kept in mind by the Steemit team members.

✅ How to detect multiple accounts:-
Since I am a member of the Steemit team, I will present this proposal to everyone, which is my experience in the field of technology. Mac IP/device IP can be detected to detect multiple. Because more than one Steemit will never use a device. On the other hand, network 🛜 IP can also be detected. But device IP is better than that.
✅ You have many old and skilled Steemitians who may read my writing. Everyone has seen what I will mention now, but they may not have seen it the way I think. However, for the sake of the Steemit team, I will propose that the create date and humanity of their social media accounts be looked at more closely to accept newcomers in the newcomers community. Then the number of multiple accounts will decrease a bit.
✅Weekly hangouts and tutorial classes in all communities which are important for all new and old Steemians.
✅ In the current competitions organized by the Steemit platform, I do not see the evaluation of general communities at all. I consider communities to be strong players. As a member of the Steemit platform, I would suggest that we go back to the previous competitions. Where communities were selected based on activity and activities. In fact, competitions are a great way to increase the activity of this platform.

Some users have similar issues and they would like to see them changed. Especially the issue with booming votes. And I would like to see everything go smoothly and the areas that need to be changed changed and this platform improve even more.
