কর্মের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের বহু মানুষের সাথে মিশেতে হয় প্রতিনিয়ত। সক্ষতা গড়ে ওঠে তাদের সাথে৷আমরা যারা বিভিন্ন অফিসে কাজ করি সেই অফিসে কর্মরত মানুষগুলোও আমাদের পরিবারের মানুষের মতোই। উদাহরণ স্বরূপ বলতে পারি, আমরা স্টিমিট প্লাটফর্মে একটি কমিউনিটির আন্ডারে কাজ করি। প্রত্যেকটা সদস্য এখানে একজন অপরের পরিপূরক।
প্রত্যেক কমিটিতে সপ্তাহ শেষে একদিন হ্যাংআউটের আয়োজন করা হয়৷ যেখানে সকল সদস্য এক হয়ে বিভিন্ন বিষয় নিয়ে আলাপচারিতা হয়, সুখ দুঃখের আলাপ করা হয়।
