Indeed health is wealth because healthy living is very essential and important to our daily lives in such a way that it helps plays a vital role in our overall happiness because humans beings are the major source of environmental maintenance and healthy living, so by keeping our environment clean we can reduce the risk of illnesses and the need for a clean environment is undeniable, as it is essential for promoting human health, and enhancing overall well-being so take measures to protect the environment.
Share some healthy routines that we must follow in our daily lives.
For every human beings to live a healthy and safe lives there are some activities and healthy routines that can serve as a gate way to well-being and comfortable living such as...
- Food(diet)
Food is one of the basic necessities of life when taken it provides a lot of health benefits such as it gives the body energy, it reduces stress, it strengthen the bones in our body and as well makes us to grow healthy and fit, that is to say without food most organs in our body cannot function very well.
- Sleeping
sleeping is very important in your daily life because it helps boost your immune system and gives you good mental health such as the ability to think and reason effectively a good sleeping is required at the minimum of 7 to 8 hours per day that should be the least every human being are expected to sleep.
- Meditation
Meditation which means focusing your mind by using a composition of mental and physical manners and procedures, in this process you will be able to figure out your problems and issues troubling your mind as well as finding a good solutions to it.
- Exercise

Exercise is any activities or sports you do to keep the body fit and healthy, exercise is very important to our body and health which means taking part in it on a daily basis is not a bad idea or decision but rather it for our own benefits and well being.
- Stay hydrated
Staying hydrated actually means drinking enough water, it is very essential in our body and it also plays a vital role in our health aspects such as it regulates the body temperature and keeps us hydrated, it flushes bacteria and other infectious diseases out of our body, it protect and prevents our organs and tissues as well as it boost our immune system, it Improves our physical Performance.
What things can we include in our routine to avoid a few medicine?
I think that should be keeping the environment healthy because ever since i came to realize that environmental cleaning and maintenance helps reduce and minimizes pollution germs, diseases roaming around neighborhood, preventing hazardous and harmful substances from leaching into the soil, air and also for the well-being of my self and my family, by keeping my environment clean and healthy through the process of proper disposal of waste to avoid bad odour and smell that can easily cause us illness, also clearing the grasses around my surroundings in due time to avoid mosquitoes and other reptile such as snakes and Scorpion from coming close to us and last but not least trimming and planting trees because trees have countless and uncountable benefits to everything on earth such that it keeps the balance in the ecosystem that's to say If we are destroying trees or forests we are indirectly destroying our lives and environment from the green earth, this what i include in my routine to avoid a few medicine which i know it will have a positive effects.
Knowledge, wealth, and health are arranged sequentially as per your preference with reasons.
For me the first should probably be health because without good health most of our knowledge can be hidden and even to enjoy the wealth automatically becomes a problem that is to say good health matters a lot and it as well plays a vital role in our day to day aspect of life
Next here i go with knowledge because with the help of knowledge with can achieve and learn more about life as a whole as well as even acquire wealth in this process as well, an intelligent and sensible person are likely to achieve their goals faster than somebody who don't have knowledge.
Last but no the least here is wealth which is also important in life because it helps us achieve our needs fast and gives someone important place in the the society because of what he or she owns but that is not enough reason to choose it over health and knowledge, wealth atimes makees you neglect others because you are richer than them most people get too attached to it, and then they are reluctant to let go of it easily.
