Maturity varies from language to language. Like how you mentioned if a person doesn't succeed after working then he doesn't give up and keep working later he succeeds and he matures.

In fact I agree with it because the youth are far ahead with information technology while the old are lagging behind. Also religious knowledge is also more than other things in which young people are more advanced and old people can definitely learn from young people.

Not only can old people learn from young people! We have a lot to learn from the elders too.
