Share some Healthy routine that you must follow in our daily lives.
- Exercise Regularly:
Aim for at least 30 minutes of an exercise most days of the week. This can be anything from a walking or jogging to yoga or a dancing. Exercise helps to keep your body too strong and also improves your mood.
Eat Healthy:
Focus on a balanced meals with a lots of an vegetables or fruits or whole grains and lean proteins like a chicken or fish and beans. Try to limit a processed foods or sugary snacks and a drinks. Drinking enough water is also important for to staying hydrated.Sleep Well:
Make sure to get a 7 to 9 hours of sleep in each night. Try to go to a bed and a wake up at the same time in every day. A good nights sleep can helps your body rest and to repair boosts energy and to improves your focus.
What things can we include in our routine to avoid a few medicines ?
To avoid a relying on medicines is focus on healthy habits. First we eat a balanced diet full of fruits or vegetables or whole grains and lean proteins to boost your immune system. Stay an active with a regular exercise like walking or a stretching to keep your body strong.
Drink plenty of water to stay an hydrated and to support overall health. Get enough sleep and to each night ideally 7 to 9 hours to allow your body to rest and a repair. Practice stress to relief techniques like deep breathing and meditation or spending time in nature. These healthy habits can help us to prevent common health issues and that reduce the need for a medication.

I would prioritize the health first because without a good health it is hard to enjoy life or to focus on anything else. Once you are healthy the knowledge comes next as it helps you to make informed decisions and to improves your life. Knowledge also helps you to grow mentally and an emotionally. Finally the wealth comes third. While it is important for a comfortable life wealth is less meaningful without a health and knowledge. A healthy mind and body allow you to enjoy and a wisely manage wealth.
