Steemit Engagement Challenge S7/W5|What do you do to stay balanced in times of stress
Good evening steemians friends all everywhere around the world, Today is Monday 8 February 2023, we have entered the 7th session of the fifth week of the Steemit engagement challenge contest. My prayer is that we are all always in good health, and can carry out the various activities that we have planned successfully and smoothly.
Let's continue to work on the Steemit Platform and take part in every Steemit Engagement Challenge session. Tonight I would like to take part in the fifth week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge session organized by the Incredible India community with the theme My way to stay balanced during the time of stress.
What do you do to stay balanced in times of stress?
Life is a series of various problems that come and go every day, all of which require a solution, and sometimes these problems make us feel stressed and pressured by various crushes and situations. When stress hits, I do a number of things to overcome them, including the following:
- meditate
As a Muslim, there is actually no term stress in life because God is a place where we depend on life. We just try and pray. We leave the results to God. from adversity will come back and surely the stress will disappear soon.
Give three main reasons behind our stress?
1.personal problem
Various personal problems such as problems in the family or problems with girlfriends and loved ones can cause a person to become stressed, sometimes also household needs that must be met continuously while the price of goods increases day by day while insufficient income causes stress in one's life which causes stress.
2.disappointed
When I am unable to give happiness to my parents and family, then bad feelings, aka stress, continue to cloud my mind, so that it seems as if I am thinking about something that is not permissible religiously - that it will be permissible for me, that's how I feel stress has really haunted my soul.
3.to fall into a bad state
When I feel guilty towards my parents, family, siblings, and other friends - then this matter will always haunt my mind so that it seems to make me stressed.
And this thing keeps playing in my mind so I will apologize for my mistake - then after that start to finish and relieve my mind.
[Deal with stress matters]
Many humans who start from feeling stressed often affect their minds and for a long time - then that human's brain or mindset will tend to be more negative and to the point that these humans will even be determined to do something criminal that destroys the lives of other people.
