After getting out of bed, I recommend taking a cold shower. It stimulates our body and we feel very good in the morning. You don't even need coffee. Really. A cold shower is much better. There's no way you can make him feel sleepy.
The first thing you should drink in the morning is two or three glasses of water. Then we will hydrate the body before the whole day and also enter into a higher turnover. I do not recommend eating carbohydrates for breakfast. They have sugars that will cause the release of insulin and our body may feel tired after a few hours. Suggests for breakfast fats and protein. Eggs are best and bacon can be added as a side dish. Carbohydrates are consumed a few hours after getting out of bed.
A little movement. When we wake up, our body is not yet " turned on." To help with this a little, I suggest light cardio, some running in place, and a little stretch of the body. Then I feel so much better. You can even do a few push-ups, and squats. This will warm up the body.
I generally recommend running at least three times a week. In the beginning, after a few minutes, later it will become lighter and your body will thank you for it. I also recommend the gym, but it depends on who has how much time, then let him set his training days.
And of course healthy eating. Vegetables, fruits, the right amount of protein, carbohydrates and fats. It is best to count calories, then we will not gain weight or lose weight. It is also worth buying ashwagandha, it calms the body and makes us feel relaxed. So if you have any stress it is worth having a package of this specificity.
Avoid stress. People stress too much, often with things they can't control. Instead of getting nervous, take a few deep breaths and think about the problem calmly. There are no problems that cannot be solved. It's all in our heads
Meditation. Meditate every day for at least eight to fifteen minutes. You will see the results after a month of meditation. The mind is cleansed and calmer. Cleaner thinking and a better view of the world.
