There are a whole lot of factors that contribute to the healthy state of an individual. I suppose you're conversant with the phrase "garbage in garbage out" which means that we have a greater part to play in order to stay healthy and funny enough all that is needed is never beyond our reach, it could only demand some certain sacrifices. This will always remind me of one of my lecturers cliches that "life is a choice" and truly "staying healthy is a choice".
It's yet another privilege to participate in this contest put up by @meraindia; endeavour to follow through and compliments of the season.

We as humans get involved in various activities on a daily basis. We shouldn't neglect our health. As we get to 2025, we should pay more attention to our health as it would be of great benefit to us.
What are some of those healthy routines we must follow in our daily lives.
Many people really know what to do to stay healthy but can't imbibe them; which could be intentional or unintentional. One characteristics of living things is nutrition and this simply has to do with feeding; so as we steemians get to 2025 we should be intentional about the kind of food we consume on a daily basis; we should always have a balanced diet. I visited a steemian one day and I discovered that he had been consuming bread and soft drink for some time because he was bent on creating contents back to back on steemit to the extent that most times he only realized late that he hasn't taken breakfast and lunch; he would just rush out to the closest shop and get his usual; hmm...
This shouldn't be our lifestyle as it could lead to serious future health challenges. I just needed to share this because it dim fit as we get to 2025.
Having a meal that contains all the classes of food (carbohydrate, proteins, vitamins, fat and oil, mineral salts and water) is non negotiable if we must stay healthy in 2025; this doesn't mean we should go beyond our reach, is just to find out other sources of these nutrients that we can afford.
People use to say that in the absence of a chameleon they can manage a lizard.
There's this man that spend so much on food and he's always of the opinion that it is better to spend money on securing a balanced diet than buying one antibiotics or the other; and I agree intoto with his verdict. So, don't be too stingy to yourself, always have healthy meals.
Do you know that one might be intentional on having a healthy meal but doesn't get it right at the meal preparation stage; so, you must master the preparation of a healthy meal.
Many people are too busy with various routines that they neglect the keeping of their environment clean. Keeping our environment clean should be like a reflex action that resonates on it's own. From my knowledge of environmental science, a dirty environment will always attract pathogens which would definitely have an adverse effect on our routines efficiency. So we should develop the habit of been allergic to a dirty and polluted environment; do proper regular environmental sanitation like the clearing of bushes around the house (if any), doing of dishes, etc.
We shouldn't underestimate the effect of personal hygiene as we get into 2025, have your bath regularly. Humans are made up of cells and with time there's a degeneration of these cells. The degenerated cells on our skin need to be washed off or else they might penetrate into our bodies causing health hazards. The rate at which these skin cells degenerate varies amongst individuals based on the individual's environment, nutrition, genetics, etc. There are some persons that can stay a whole day without having a bath and they wouldn't produce any offensive body odor; that doesn't mean they shouldn't take their bath.
Do well to put on clean clothes especially those involved in strenuous activities that easily result in sweat generation.
Always brush your teeth regularly as often as you can, even if you can do it before and after every meal,... it's fine. This might sound simple but contribute immensely to our being healthy, come 2025. Some persons could use one toothbrush for a whole year which is wrong; endeavor to change your toothbrush when it's due in other to have a good mouth wash.
Many people are not just used to exercising but in as much as you intend to stay healthy, you must cultivate exercising as a habit due to its tremendous benefits which I may not be able to do justice to for want if time; but do you know that exercising can help to prevent heart diseases, stroke, osteoporosis, etc; with improvement in blood circulation, sleep, etc. This could just be an early morning walk out alone or with friends or family member(s), along streets in our neighbourhood or visiting the gym for some sessions. If you can't do these, you can use a corner in your room to carryout some non-locomotive movements such as push-ups, swaying, stretching, bending, twisting, extending, swaying, etc. All steemians should include exercising in their daily schedule so as to stay healthy and keep on with the creating of quality content amongst other activities.
The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends 7 hours night rest for adults in a regular basis for optimal health.
We should endeavour to have adequate rest in 2025; there are some individuals that are so engaged with lots of deadlines to meet to the point that they only sleep intermittently for the whole day which doesn't even sum up to 3 hours per day. If we continue with such lifestyle, we may breakdown only to recover after burning away the wealth we had gathered. So, let's be wise as we get to 2025.
Other things that should be included in our routine should be sharing our fears with others; we shouldn't die in silence; if there's any emotional challenge we cannot handle we should be willing to share it with trusted individuals that can help; if need be, we seek the services of a professional counselor.
We must as a matter of fact relate well with people around us. If we are always unhappy with people around us it will play down on our health. So, we have to look out for something good even in someone we tag our enemy that would help us appreciate them or else we will soon develop high blood pressure. We ought to learn to forgive anyone who offends you quickly, it's all for our own good and also we have to be flexible; always having a plan B so as not to get frustrated when we have the other side of the coin playing out.
The Holy Scripture affirms that people perish for lack of knowledge.
Knowledge simply means information which can be sourced using various media. Our level of knowledge is one of the major building block of our character.
Without knowledge all things are mysteries. Do you know that many persons and nations are ignorant of the wealth in some hidden treasures they are not harnessing because they lack knowledge about such treasures. An individual may think that what her or she is doing to stay healthy is wise not until when he or she is proven otherwise through proper orientation. So I will give the highest priority to knowledge.
According to the World Health Organization(WHO), Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social - well being and not just the absence of disease and infirmity.
If we're unhealthy, we won't be able to carryout our daily routines; if you doubt this; just go to any hospital and Interrogate the patients; find out from them what they were always engaged in and if they are still able to do it themselves at the moment; you can't amass wealth for yourself when you're unhealthy. Even if you try, the efficiency will be extremely low. Endeavour to stay healthy.

What would come last in my ranking is "wealth" even though it appears to be very important.
Being well-to-do requires some sacrifices. There are certain things you'll need to let go like your comfort, pleasures, company of friends that are not supportive and a whole lot.
Wealth to me is a state of having assets that meets your needs. Even when one has acquired wealth; knowledge is needed in the managing of the wealth because it can evaporate within a short time. You can loss all your fortune by investing in an unprofitable business as a result of poor or lack of information(knowledge).
So, every steemian should seek for knowledge by studying hard, seeking wise counsels from professionals, etc; stay healthy by sticking to health rules and work hard to be affluent staying humble.
