Incredible India monthly contest of December #2| Some health tips to begin afresh new year!

When you are healthy, you have everything. The absence of sickness gives us the ability to carry out some activities and stay strong all the time. Before I go further I will like to invite @impersonal, @yhudy and @abdullahw2 to participate in this contest.
A healthy routine promotes our wellbeing and is the most important thing to use on a daily basis if we want to stay strong.
• Avoid unhealthy food: Food that does not contain nutrients is dangerous to our body system. We must eat food that contains protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, and less sugar because it's important to maintain our healthy body.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol: Excessive drinking of alcohol is very harmful to our body. Too much alcohol and cigarettes lead to serious health risks such as heart disease, lung disease, and cancer.
• Washing your Hands: We must wash our hands before eating or after coming out from the toilet so as not to get infected by those germs. Maintaining overall body cleanliness is very important in order to avoid the spread of diseases.
• Eat vegetables and fruits: They contain vitamins and minerals which improve our health and well-being. People who eat vegetables and fruits have a higher chance to live longer than those who do not consume this nutritional food. Eating vegetables reduces the risk of other illnesses occurring.

Sometimes taking too many drugs can have a negative side effect on our body system. In fact, what we may see as a minor illness might actually require rest due to the stress we are experiencing.
1.Get enough sleep: Good sleep helps our immune system to function effectively. We must try to sleep for 7-8 hours every night in order to improve our mental well-being and also give us maximum energy we need throughout the day.
2.Drink water: Water is life, and it helps us look healthy all the time because there are no sugar or calories added to it. As human beings, we must drink clean water in order to help flush out unwanted diseases in our body.
3.Daily exercise: Exercise at least for 20 minutes has a lot of benefits by improving our heart health. Regular exercise gives our body a good shape. We have different kinds of exercises such as walking, swimming, etc.; all these depend on your choices. Another advantage is that it burns the cholesterol intake.

I arrange these three words based on my perspective.
• Health: This is my number one priority. This is very important in human life. Without it, knowledge and wealth cannot be achieved. Like I said earlier, if you are healthy, you have everything. Health is the absence of sickness in our bodies that gives us strength to be active all day long. Healthy individuals have the ability to carry out their daily activities and engage in some kind of business to support their families.
• Knowledge: We acquire knowledge through education received from our parents or different schools we attend. Knowledge increases our exposure and also gives us a good foundation for solving societal problems. I view knowledge as something essential that society must have; without it, our society will not develop. Knowledge allows us to understand what is happening in the community, and it also informs us of the dos and don'ts that govern citizens in the country.
• Wealth: Having money will give us the opportunity to buy all the good things in life such as cars, fine houses, nice shirts, shoes, and so on. A wealthy individual is recognized in the community, but if they lack knowledge on how to spend the money, it is a big problem. If care is not taken, they may go bankrupt.
Living a healthy lifestyle is very essential because it has many benefits. Even if we want to avoid falling sick, it may not be chronic like people who neglect their well-being. We should maintain our bodies through regular exercise and nutritional food.
