Incredible India monthly contest of December #2| Some health tips to begin afresh new year!

Like they always say, sometimes life throw to us what we expect least and we just need to accept it as it comes. Today I will be participating in the incredible India Community contest and be sharing my view how far this year have gone.

Share some healthy routines that we must follow in our daily lives.

There are some healthy routines which I believe we need to have that I believe if we follow in our daily lives will help us.

  • Wake Up Early: I know this is really underrated but that is just what I want to share with you. This is one of the routine that I believe a lot of us are not following. We need to always wake up early so that it can help us achieve a whole lot of productivity during the day.
  • Exercising During The Day: I believe we must have heard several times that we need to always exercise but the painful part is the fact that a lot of us did not always exercise. I believe if we should exercise, it will help our daily lives.
  • Staying Hydrated: I believe if we can stay hydrated, it will definitely help us to actually go far and achieve a whole lot of success beyond what we can ever imagine of. We need to always start our day by at least taking a glass of water and even before we sleep.
  • Meditation: Meditation is a powerful routine which I will not joke with but I believe a whole lot of us did not always engaged into. We should always engage in meditation every blessed day.
  • Planning Your Task before you start your day: This is also one of the routine I did every blessed day and trust me, it has always helped me. I always make sure that I plan my task for the day before actually starting the day. It has gone a long way to help me.

What things can we include in our routine to avoid a few medicines?

Of course there are some things that I believe we can add to our health habit which can go a long way to help our daily routines and helps us to avoid making use of medicines.

  • Eating Balanced Diet: This is the first I will definitely start with. We need to always take balance diet like vegetables, fruits and many more as it will be good for our health.
  • Sleeping Well: This is the second that will be on my list. If we can make sure that no matter how busy we are, we have quality sleep of around 7-8 hours daily, it will help to boost our immune system beyond what we can ever imagine.
  • Staying Hydrated: I mentioned it earlier and I will be mentioning it again. If we can stay hydrated, it can help to aid digestion and not only that but also avoid constipation that a whole lot of us always face.
  • Regular Exercise: Always engaging in exercise at least 30 minutes per day will go a long way to help our body system beyond what we can ever imagine of actually.
  • Avoiding Sugary Foods and drinks: One of it we can add is also for us to always avoid sugary food or most especially drinks because it can go a long way to affect us negatively beyond what we can ever imagine of.

Knowledge, wealth, and health are arranged sequentially as per your preference with reasons.

If I should arranged three of them, these are how I will arrange it below

  • Health: of course the first one my list will definitely be health. If we did not have good health, we can not even enjoy wealth or make proper use of our knowledge. Like they always say, health will always be wealth. No matter the amount of knowledge you have and the lot of wealth you have, if you have poor health, you will not be able to make proper use of it actually.
  • Knowledge: Then the second on my list will definitely be knowledge. There is a whole lot that knowledge does to us. It helps us to make more wise decisions and helps to improve our skills. Knowledge plays a major role in helping our personal growth and also even helping us to achieve success and the wealth at the long day. Knowledge will at the end of the day helps us to maintain good health.
  • Wealth: This is the last one I will definitely talk about and that is wealth. Even though we all know that wealth is important, but you will agree with me that it is less important compared to health and knowledge. Wealth can be regained but health when it is lost can not be recovered again.
