HOW TO DRAW WITH SCRIBBLES - (LESSON 7 RESULTS).
Hello Steemians and Art lovers,
Happy New Month to you all 🥳🎉🎊🥰
I hope you all add an inspiring January? I did had a very beautiful and busy one. I am trying to make sure that all getting of goals for the year are being observed and nurtured thoroughly. It's definitely going to be one blast of a year, trust God!
I've been quite busy with lots of artistic projects offline for the past few few now, I didn't have that but time to spare but thank God I'm here now again.

This particular lesson ran for exactly two weeks, that was intentional cause I wanted to see people go more miles to create drawings with more confidence and freedom but then, if I am being sincere, I'm not impressed about some of the entries to this particular lesson, some just drew like there was no rules, the whole idea was supposed to revolve around scribbling and not any other style and technique of drawing.

@jiva34
For this week's lesson, Jiva is one of the few that really got me impressed, aside from the fact she understood and followed the rules and teachings of the lessons, the rendition of her subject is so heartwarming, in just drawing a composition of hands, she has made some of us see the love and relationship between parents and children, adults and kids and many more inspiring messages at that. This is a fantastic one @jiva34 thank you for sharing this beauty with us. 😍

@serdak
One thing @serdak did with her drawing here that really spoke for her is layers of strokes, it was obvious that she took to much time with intentionality to build up her layers until she achieves her desired tones and values and that really worked for her. Beautiful one Serdak ♥️

@henryclive
I do not know whether to say that Henry finds it difficult to draw the human body parts or it's not something going on that I don't know about yet, he output lately are not as good as they use to be and that worries me a lot and I just wonder, what's really going on with him? As beautiful and interesting the posture of the hand he drew is, the shading isn't it at all and due to my observations, I think his ink or pen or his sketchbook, one of these materials isn't doing well for him, I think he should study his materials too.

@wakeupkitty
@wakeupkitty, I sincerely do enjoy your series of studies, they are nice and that's how it should be for a true Artist, you have to be able to make several studies just to get to understand your subject so well but for the same of this lesson, kindly always pick out one of your studies (your favorite/best) and submit, that way, it's easier for me to observe, comment, commend and make suggestions, thank you.

@olivia08
Olivia does have a very nice drawing but the, the watermark is too heavy and I do not think it's needed in the first place, another thing is making sure you use pen in your next scribble attempt and not pencil. Thank you.
NON SCRIBBLE ENTRIES!
It's just so painful that there are some beautiful drawings in this lessons that are not just qualified to be called nor tagged scribble drawings. We are learning and making drawings but then, for this lessons, I'm sorry but it's limited to the scribbling technique only.
Are you having issues creating your drawings using the scribble technique? Then ask questions, visit the previous lessons and practice what you've learnt in the lessons over and over again and trust me, you'll be a great scribble artist in no time!

@krucekoncept
As beautiful and fascinating this drawing is, the use of graphite/charcoal has unfortunately kill the essence of scribbling in it.

@hafsasaadat90
This is another fine drawing that isn't just aligned with the lessons in terms of scribbling
I say a big congratulations to you all as you're all gradually becoming confident with scribbles and it's just a matter of time, you shall master it!

Congratulations to the winners!
It's good you pointed out that these are scribbling lessons but it feels to me that after the first few lessons the drawings were changing, It would be good to show a bit of simple lines, what scribbling looks like, before we start with the next lesson. It makes it hard for newcomers to join if they don't know where to start and if there are no basics if it comes to making sketches. This is what I tried to figure out first and no, this wasn't my entry I never came that far.
I am still in the process of sketching and rehearsal the egg, apple and ear.
My excuse? The usual one a lack of time and drawing remains something I do in between. Unfortunately,.... :(

I noticed too that is seems like even though I included the links to the old lessons in the new posts, people don't actually go back to learn from them when needed. I think the basis lessons were more interactive like when we did studies on series of fruits and all that.
I'm thinking we should leave the human body parts for now and delve into still life like flowers and some other subjects of nature. We could still go back to fruits too since they have simple shape that could easily help people learn and understand the idea of scribbling better to some extent. Thank you Kitty.

I believe that is a good idea. Also to ask for 3 or 4 steps to show so you can see what the problem is
2, the type of scribble (lines or circles),
3 halfway and
Nice pot with "flowers" simple and very stylish I like this more than the colourful bouquets.
Yes I think I'll put this into consideration, I also like the of simplicities that comes with studies like this, I would set out a list of simple subjects and objects that would put the lessons in new light.
This is what I like! 🤩
Okay then...
It shall come your way soon.

There should be rules. How about investing in this platform and not only cash out? Try 50/50 for a month
Great drawing
👍
I zoomed it and I saw how the lines and circle and everything put into the process. It will take time an sneaking time from my work is not enough. Oh my bad! {I love it how you did . This is the first time I understood what is scribbling
It's not really a problem, each lesson runs for two weeks, you could give it about 5mins daily for 7days and before you know it, you already have a fantastic drawing.
You motivated me . its a good pushed . I will close my eyes and will draw again and this time I will use black pen
I'm glad to hear this and I am sure that you would do fantastic. 😊
I agree with you that doodling has evolved into other techniques, I can see drawing and the repeated use of short strokes that imply more control of the stroke than the fluidity of the doodle.
@tezzmax. You might consider opening categories: novices, apprentices, and established artists in future lessons.
I stuck to the free doodling exercises and how to create light and shadows with just doodling. (Translation: I'm a novice who barely knows how to move a pencil 🤣)

I believe it's good to do the doodling first and start with basic technics. An easy light sketch - certain movements - how to fill it in /shadows and next the topic.
Lol..... Evolving is great but I would love to see my people learn the technique so well first and then they can develop it into some of their own accord. I noticed you ran away too but I couldn't place my thoughts on why you actually did but not to worry, I am bring back the simple lessons again, let's see how it improves the atmosphere artistically! 😎
Felicitaciones a los seleccionados.
Hay una gran fuerza expresiva en la mayoría de los trabajos, más allá que pueda discutirse si son hechos con garabatos.

Wow Ive drawn hands before! Very hard to do hehe 🙏 I shall post soon in the group hehe
I'm sure you can try and I would love to see you try it with scribbles. Do you think you can do that?
There's nothing wrong with the materials—I’ve been using the same ones since day one. I suppose we all have our strengths and weaknesses.
Mine? Human body parts. Sure, it’s something that can be learned, but I never had much enthusiasm for that category...unfortunately. 🙂
I hear and I understand your plight, I would see what I can do about it.

They are good artist and I love seeing their finished product.
Okay, if I will draw again, I will use pen and no watermark.
Nice. I shall be waiting patiently to see your next attempt.
Are you giving a weekly theme ? Or I will draw whatever I want to ?
I will give a theme, I'll be sharing the post soon.
