CONTINUATION OF MY SERIES (LONGING)

HELLO, STEEMITE!
So I decided to make this a series, which I do find human facial expressions more intriguing and the stories they tell.

Longing, as part of human experience and way of life. We tend to desire more even when we are currently living under one of our answered prayers. This study shows the needs for human to desire more and better.

Medium used: white gell pen on acid free black paper.

Using both hatching and scribbling method.

                  CREATIVE PROCESS:

Here’s my blank black paper and white gell pen beside.

Then I started with the eyes using scribbling method, taking notes of my proportions.

Using the same scribble method, and taking notes of my proportions, I started outlining my tonal values and did a playful act with the hair.

Afterwards, I started placing more highlights on the eyes and the hand. To make the piece more compelling and suitable when looking.
