My artist's memories
When I was younger, I used to have a passion for charcoal drawing and, as I travelled around the world, I would gather images, on my sketchbook, that I would later turn into some framed works, hanging in my office.
For me, as an artist, maybe due to the medium I used or probably, because it was a period in my life when things had to be seen in black and white, I developed a fascination for strong faces and dwelved quite a lot into trying to portray the faces that impressed me the most.
This was one of my early drawings, while still trying to develop the charcoal technique, and it's from 1990. So, it was done only a few weeks ago. Lol. I'll leave you with this one for now and, as I promised @hive-120695 that I would be coming around here, eventually: here I am, I'm not entering any competitions, and I'll be back.

Welcome to Art & Artist.
A great entry you made with this drawing. There's no need to join contests if you don't feel to it so also no need to announce that.
You have this in your office? No one tried to steal or by it?
Is there a typo or do you live in 1990 while I live in 2025?

No typo... You must have missed the Lol. Lol. That drawing is 35 years old, in my office wall and I sold a lot of them, back then. I did charcoal drawings in a famous local photographer's studio. And no one ever tried to steal it. I don't think anyone would dare, anyway.
I have some more.
