Lettering and colors
Organizing chaos. In painting. I hadn't drawn for many years. I didn't even try. Now I attend a kind of marathon to understand how the whole system of painting works, maintaining uniformity and human rules for drawing.
I attend this kind of exercise. Where I am discovering and imitating the best I can. Studying, looking for answers to new concepts. Refreshing ideas and methods. It is beautiful to learn, to have fun and to involve the little ones or all those around you. Like a liberating ritus.
Nothing is what it seems in the wide river of color combinations. I am torn between the art of writing and painting. The muses come for me, in their chariot of cotton clouds. They are sensual and divine. They envelop you in their siren songs. They hold out their little hands to me, and I remain like Michelangelo's cherubs.
I like the textures. I didn't like the plain paper. I didn't have bags of potatoes. And my kingdom was under siege by schooners. The tall flags waved. Knights were showing off their gleaming armor.
I'd like to know the opinion of those who have time painting. Actually, I would like to take painting to a professional level. Just like its sister, literature. It's my first attempt at drawing. I liked to create.
With love to those who, like @wakeupkitty , believe that dreams are not only dragons that terrorize and spread fire. Dreams are the place where we put that dragon to doze.

I agree with @tezzmax that you did a great job and that road reminds me of the road here, just dirtier and the grass.. my gosh I see the ticks jumping up and I prefer to stay in the middle of the road where the grass grows and sometimes it is half a meter high and I stand there like a poor wretch mowing for hundreds of meters because the car gets stuck in it but... it is also a good sign that no one comes here and even the flocks of sheep sometimes stay away for weeks because they walk over the fields and shit all over it (no potatoes are planted here only sometimes sunflowers, wheat and weeds to make petrol from which a car refuses to drive but that could also be because of the weed that also grows happily and is pruned).
Artist.. writer, painter, drawer, it is all interwoven and goes well together. You can better write your own criticism than have an art critic do it who says that you were in the potato red phase of your life. Show me what you used as an example and I hope you can get better paper
Perhaps a few sketches for the next post? I am proud of what you have accomplished and I hope you are too. It is hard to be a 24 hour artist without support and that is what most of us suffer from.
@tezzmax mentioned this before and @ronthroop has worked besides being an artist. Have you read his posts about releasing his book? There is nothing wrong with being an all-around artist. You publish books with stories but you can also publish books with your drawings and paintings and write the text.
I am super glad you started! Where is your workshop? In the kitchen or living?

This painting is quite attractive due to the meticulous efforts that you've put into making it so organized and pleasing to the eyes.

This is actually a really good painting you’ve created, I still remember using that particular brand of pencil as a student in the university only that it was pencil not coloured ones. They have such great textures and really good for drawings.
I’d always have them kept in my bag so has to avoid borrowing any one of them out to my colleagues😂
Keep up the good work!
Thank you for stopping by and leaving me this comment. It helps me a lot to keep me active and motivated. I think I'm already walking like you. With my pencils in my backpack all day long jjj
A complete artist. :)
Good job!
