Corona virus Lock down: Lunch appetizer ready

Hello stemians, welcome to my blog
Today I present to you an appetizer that is unique to people of the south south Nigeria. The food is called tapioca in English and editah iwa in Ibibio - my native dialect.

The black stuff there is called palm kernel. The palm kernel is a good combination with the edita iwa. Alternatively one can take groundnut or coconut.

After eating the palm kernel and squeasing the juice, you can choice to swallow the shaft or throw it out like I have done.
