Delicious Guacamole

Delicious Guacamole is an avocado based dip. This very tasty classic dip originates in Mexico and is also used as spread or in salad dishes.

It's quick and so simple to make, Perfect for a gathering as a dip and is best in tacos, crackers or tortillas.

My avocado looks brown but it still delicious that i can't stop eating it until it's finish.

Ingredients

Avocado
Chili, mild spicy
Garlic cloves
Onion, small
Tomato, small
Lime
Olive oil
Salt
Coriander leaves, fresh or dried

Preparations

• Scoop and mash the flesh in a bowl.

• Finely chopped the chili, garlic and coriander leaves. Diced the onion and tomato.

• Stir the Ingredients altogether and add the lime juice, olive oil and salt. Combine well.

• Serve at room temperature or cold.
