Homemade Avocado Shake
Hello Steemians! Hope everyone is doing well. Today, I got a chance to make an avocado shake for my family. It's perfect for the hot weather here in Philippines and make something refreshing.
Avocado is a great source of Vitamins and has high amount of good cholesterol which is good for the heart.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Avocados
- Condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Ice/ Ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the avocados into half and remove pit. Using a spoon, scoop flesh and cut into cubes.
- In a blender, pour in avocados,condense milk, crushed ice and add 1/2 cup of cold water. Blend until it smooth.
- Pulse until the avocado mixture is thick and ingredients are blended well. Taste and add more condensed milk if you want it sweeter.
Then ready to serve.
It may be a simple dessert but we were able to bond with smile on our faces.
