How to control your anger?

Anger always leads to never end arguments and affect your mental health so, it is very important to calm your mind and have peace in life.

For me, anger doesn't come suddenly. It builds up and comes with time. We must understand that if someone keeps complaining, you should try to know where other person took you wrong.

You need to talk to that person very softly and try to convince them by saying your part and also listen to his/her point. And best thing is if other person is angry so just hug his/her, sometimes they just want that.

Then you both take some time and think where I was wrong and where he/she took you wrong.

What about anger which comes like a flood in us. So, few things which I am going to share with you to control your anger

If you don't know what to do just keep silent.

Leave the place and go somewhere else.

Do what you love to do and which calm your mind like sketching, painting etc.

Start listening to your favourite music.

So, these are the things which might help to overcome your anger at the point of time when you say anything to other people just in aggression and in frustration.

At least, who gets angry in every situation, the best thing for them is meditation. It will help you calm and refresh your mind.
