Food for mood boost.

There's no argument that food can boost our mood.

So instead of having junk food during our bad days we should try more healthy food. It sounds like it wouldn't work, I mean will not help us to feel good. But that's not true.

There are many many many recipes that are not dull. Just because they are healthy does not mean they will be dull.
