Obesity is now common among all the people and it creates many more problems in all our body.so, follow the diet and have a healthy food to lead your funky life.

Because it cointains many health benefits and it include a lower risk of heart disease , diabetes and breast cancer.

What to eat to become healthy?

Vegetables: Tomatoes, spinach, eggplant, mustard greens, okra, bitter melon, cauliflower, mushrooms, cabbage and some others.

Fruits: Mango, papaya, pomegranate, guava, oranges, tamarind, lychee, apples, melon, pears, plums, bananas.

Nuts and seeds: Almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, peanuts,watermelon seeds ,Cashews and more.
