The UEFA Championship League Finals

Yesterday’s finals match between Chelsea and Manchester city which I supported and kept all my heart in city’s game but they Failed me which even traumatized me,I didn’t eat before going to watch the match at my friends place and after the defeat I felt like I was sick then I got home and I couldn’t eat too,So yesterday I slept early to avoid all this trauma

Then today when I got up I thought things will change but it didn’t,Even I didn’t still have appetite for any food so I decided to do some small running in my father’s compound then it looks like that will be a good idea

Then I gathered my stuff like headset, my phone and some money then I now connected my headset to my phone I started playing my favorite songs, there I started the jogging too, the jogging journey was 1800m ,I was jogging while listening to my favorite songs so the jogging was mind blowing the feeling I had was great

After the jogging i realized I was tired but because I was listening to my favorite songs in the act of jogging I didn’t realize I was tired until I removed the headset so I can say the jogging was lit

How Jogging Saved Mr sarpong

Jogging is very important in life it has many health benefits even I know of one which was like a miracle, a teacher of mine back at primary school called Mr sarpong fainted in front of us while teaching then the next day we heard it was stroke and that day early in the morning when I was riding my bicycle to school I saw him jogging and I even greeted him and he responded, so what they said in class was unbelievable because anybody I hear about having stroke he or she will be paralyzed but he was still healthy and doing his jogging but for about one week he didn’t come to school and for one week I was also seeing him on the road doing his jogging, after that week he was healthy again and back to school to teach us,he himself told us jogging saved his life .so I can proudly say jogging is a medicine to many sicknesses
