SET A DATE WHEN YOU'RE PLANNING TO QUIT

Pick a date within the next 2 or 3 weeks then mark it when you planning to quit smoking. this will give you enough time to think and to prepare your self as well.

You will be craving smoke when your drinking a cup of coffe, whenyou ate meals, stress and alone also. think twice and recognize your personal triggers. you can counter them with alternative associations, and do sports also.
