Conflict In Career Path And Career Guidance Tips.

There is a saying that " dreams are free but the hustle is real". Everyone has one way or the other, dreamed of pursuing a particular career when we were kids. These dreams of pursuit sticks with us until in our adulthood, when we realize that life has treaded a different path.

We mostly complain of many people's attitude towards a particular work or job forgetting that, most people are at various work places that they have no interest in. The young individual always comes up with a particular dream career they want to pursue but some way somehow they end up in careers that they have no passion for.

One major cause of this changes is lack of career guidance as we grow. Most successful adults share their journey to success but one thing I've noticed is that, most of them also fails to share guidance tips that will enable the young individual to follow suit. As a result, many youth tends to make so many wrong choices in the kind of career path they take. Others who are fortunate to follow the right path to tends take the long road of pursuing their dream work instead taking the shorter path which waste their precious years.

Young people end up taking advices from inexperienced and unsuccessful people who always stress on the financial aspect of their dream career or a different one. But the truth is...pursuing a career is not all about the money. It's about doing something you love and giving your all to it.

To correct this lifetime mistakes and to bridge the gap between passion and career, I suggest parents should start becoming the immediate guide to their children. Parents are expected to give the needed counselling to their children and to provide them with the necessary resources that will support their dream.

Another way to resolve this conflict is to get guidance clubs in our various schools. Aside that, teachers can play a major role by taking some time of their teaching periods to give expects advices on the kind of path that these young people can take to reach their various destination efficiently and effectively without wasting so many years.

Successful person's on the other hand, should try and stress more on their career path when sharing their stories with the world. It's sucks to be in a place that your heart is far away fom, but if we can resolve this conflict and bridge this gap, I think we'll have a country that has 99.9% of responsible people and this will also help develop the country.
