The Diary Game [23rd January, 2023]: Composition Lessons With Students, Signing In The Attendance Book

It looks like rain here and everybody is heading towards his or her various home so that the rain will not hinder them from getting home. We are in the dry season but the weather here is proving otherwise. It is good anyway. This is the second rain we will be having today and it is all joy here. The cloud looks very dark and it will rain by all means.

Morning came with the usual birds singing early in the morning. Their songs are amazing though you cannot determine the meaning to which they are singing but they sing beautifully. This is seen by Christians as a form of worship into the Lord. The sun entered the room through a tiny hole and on the bed I was sleeping on. I got up from bed and started to have my morning prayers. It is very important to do that since prayer is the master key. I asked God for his love and protection throughout the week. I then read some passages in Proverbs. I felt blessed.

I got outside and fetch water to wash my face and brush my teeth. I then entered the washroom and after I took my bath. Today's exercise wasn't possible because time was far gone. I got inside dressed up and took my bath. When I put on my wrist watch, I closed the door and got going. When I left the house, the sun was coming out already so I left the students and headed towards school. When I got to the entrance, I saw the students writing their names in the attendance book. I headed towards the staff common room and had my name signed. I left to the classroom.

I then headed towards the 2A3 classroom where I had my lesson today. I had to teach them paragraphing. A Paragraph can be a sentence, group of related sentences that come together to form one main idea. The main idea of a paragraph is the topic sentence and the supporting sentences explain the topic sentence.

In about 2 hours, the class was over so I signed my name in the teachers class attendance book. After this was done, I headed towards the staff common room to have my morning breakfast. I had some chat with some of my colleague teachers about some activities.

Lessons continued untill 3:00am when classes were over. I left the school and got home because of the signs of rain around here. It has been such an amazing day today. Today has been fully packed with composition lessons. From this side of Nsuta, it looks like rain.

I am always happy with the way you are impacting knowledge onto the young once. Teaching them about paragraph is essential and it will help them to better communicate in simple and understandable way. It will help them to also put their idea in each paragraph out.
It is good to see some sign of rainfall again . However nothing like that shows here in the Upper East of the republic of Ghana.
