on this beautiful morning, as usual at 5:00 in the morning I do the morning prayer service, after that I do sports just walking casually around the village road where I live, I do this exercise almost every morning, after I do the dawn prayer together with other friends, exercise is very important, to maintain a healthy body, so that the body is always healthy, while we are still able to do it, on this occasion I invite all my friends, do the best to maintain health, because exercise is not menti we have to pay, we can do anywhere and anytime.

I didn't realize the time was running, the clock showed 7:00 in the morning, the sun had started to show itself on the eastern horizon, illuminating the earth from the darkness, then I headed home, until I arrived home, it was seen that my wife was busy preparing breakfast,

after I had breakfast, I sat for a while relaxing while I enjoyed the morning atmosphere, suddenly it rained and wet the yard,
